I called the office for a move when I had been let down by another company and nothing seemed too much trouble, they were sympathetic and understanding, especially as I was not a happy bunny!! They took my details over the phone, sent me a questionnaire so they could provide a fast costing as they knew time was short, when I called to say I was struggling they re-routed a fully booked surveyor to see me the same night in his time.



The move went ahead the same week and the guys were fantastic. They knew exactly what to do and how to speak to me and my family. My 2 boys loved the attention they got and their own "special boxes" for their toys.



The grand piano was handled with utmost care and I am happy to advise all arrived without a scratch on delivery.



I will be calling them again!

Hired Prisma to move me from California to Canada. They said my shipment would take 1-2 weeks. It took over 1 month to arrive.



I was repeatedly given inaccurate information re: the location of my shipment and when it would arrive. As soon as my stuff arrived I filed a complaint with their customer service and surprise surprise - No response. I ended up having to contact the Better Business Bureau



All in all - I was lied to, and truly feel I did NOT get what I paid for with this company

Great International Shipping Company! International Shipping can be difficult sometimes and expensive. But, there is Prisma Cargo Solutions. They make International Shipping easy and affordable!

We had absolutely no issues with Prisma Cargo Solutions. Their quote was more than fair, not the highest and not the lowest, their rep Pam was knowledgeable and honest and in fact talked us out of more expensive packing services knowing our budget. The men they sent on the move date were absolutely terrific. We were picked up and delivered in the time that we wanted. Very happy and considering that we were very apprehensive at first, we are true believers now.

i'm happy to post my experience with Prisma Cargo Solutions was nothing short of professional. They moved my 2 bedroom apartment from New York, NY to Germany in a couple of days from start to finish. Michael and Jerry were great movers, they were clean and courteous, and I give them an overall A plus for professionalism. Absolutely if you're needing an international mover over, call Prisma Cargo Solutions.

We used Prisma Cargo Solutions in January and it was the best choice we could have made, it made my international moving a breeze. They were on time to load and it was right on schedule to unload! We were very nervous to spend that kind of money, but it was all worth it, they weren't the cheapest choice, but it worked great, and the reviews from a lot of the other companies scared us away from them even thought they had lower prices!

I used Prisma to move from Manhattan to Italy. In Manhattan they did an amazing job packing all of my stuff and loading it into a container. My job paid for my relocation, I negotiated a flat rate with Prisma and it was all inclusive. The movers were very nice, efficient and I was happy.



The customerservice gave me an estimated date of arrival in Rome. They said it would arrive no later than X date. 4 days before that date, they sent me a confirmation email and called me to confirm. I was surprised with their efficiency. I took time off from my work and waited for them at the door. Rome is very complicated and has narrow streets especially in the centro storico. However they managed to get to my place. My stuff arrived on the promised day. Living in a new apartment with nothing more than a mattress, a suitcase and eating from plastic plates was very annoying, however it did not last long, because they delivered only 3 weeks after the pickup in NY.



When the movers arrived, they could not speak English, only Italian, but I managed with my hands and the few lessons I took at Berlitz to understand them and tell them were to put my stuff.



All together I am very happy at both ends and I will use Prisma again

Great service with crating of delicate items



When a Prisma Cargo Surveyer came over, I specifically asked about the extra service for packing of our TV and glass top tables. I know a professional that does the job perfectly, but figured it would be more efficient to have it done by Prisma professional movers. I wanted to be assured that the movers were qualified. They assured me that they were specialized in crating TVs and glass tops.



When the movers arrived, they had their uniform on, which was nice and neat. The head of the movers was the specialized in crating. They made the crate in the warehouse based on the dimension they had taken and carefully packed the TV and Glass top in 2 separate crates.



The TV was put into the crate with great attention to scratches and making sure it does not move inside. The components were placed properly, the speakers, the DVD player, the sound system were packed separately. The wires were put in a different box, extremely cautiously and carefully.



I received a bill, much less than expected and for a great service.





In the past, I used a Van line to move from a 2 bedroom, when I had more stuff and fragile items. In that case, it worked horribly, everything went broken. Now, considering I moved overseas and considering that I received everything in good condition, I am very satisfied I used Prisma Cargo and I will use them again. They put great care and professionalism into their work

Transferred from New York to Paris.

3 months after my relocation, I want to say thank you to Prisma.



I was transferred from NY to Paris. We bought all the furniture and kitchen items for my wife. Then the next decision was how to move it to Paris. We got quotes from 4 different companies. We feld very confident in trusting our stuff to Prisma, plus they were referred to us. They packed all our stuff, the rugs, the pictures, the furniture, the kitchen. I kept in touch with the customerservice, while our stuff was in transit.



The movers in Paris did an excellent job, they were courteous, professional and polite.

From the beginning they provided me and my family with information about custom, their custom broker and agent. They recommended what to take and what was prohibeted so we had no surprises when we arrived. Government taxation can be high in Italy so they rerouted everything through Rotterdam. They helped with registering our car to the local authorities, obtaining permits, all things that are quite simple if you know, but involve many hours of waiting, research. They did all this for us.

Outstanding! I would move, move and move again!!



I worked with Pat in sales and she was friendly, professional, accommodating. She did the best to help me getting best deal for my budget. She followed up with my move, gave me advise and relief during a very stressful time.

The movers, Mike and Joe were the best ever. They told me to start at 9, at 8:30 they were already there.They were fast, efficient and extremely polite.



They packed my things carefully and quickly. In Singapore they unpacked everything and put everything exactly where I wanted.



I would certainly use Prisma Cargo Solutions again and gave their contact to all my colleagues who are very satisfied with them too.



I had insurance, but I did not need it. Everything came in perfect condition after 6 weeks. The operation manager kept me updated all the time and was very transparent with all the extra charges from the beginning. I knew I had to pay THC at the port and I did, the invoice reflected everything they told me. My contract was for $6795.00 for the entire container and this is what I paid + thc.

I would give this company a zero if possible. I have never been lied to some many times by so many people who hide behind the fine print of your contract because in actuality they are powerless to enforce any on the promises and estimates that give you to try and get your business. The crooks they choose as thire worldwide business partners don't seem to respect anything Alex said to them. It's almost like Alex worked for them. My nightmare started when Trang said my estimated costs when my containers got to Brazil would be appx. $750 - $1000 (Prism'sa bid of $4500 only covered costs in the USA). So I paid my deposit. Then two months later, Alex informs me that it will cost me $2500 - $3000 for charges in Brazil. And oh, if I cancel my contract, they will keep my $1400 deposit. SO Alex did a good sales pitch and talked me into going ahead with the contract because he recently sent a container to Brazil and that's all it cost. But he reminds me that all charges in Brazil are beyond their control. The week my container arrives in Brazil, I got an invoice for over $5000 from the Brazilian broker Alex choose to handle my container. I called Alex and was told $1200 was a deposit that I would get it back. Alex said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get my container but it took 7. So Trang's original estimate of $6000 TOTAL and cost me $16,000 and still no hope of getting my deposit back that Alex promised . If I were you, RUN and RUN FAST if you ever hear the name Prisma.

Moved with my wife back to Italia at the end of my job term. Prisma Cargo did an excellent job. Marcello was great, packed and emballed everything very well. Al gave me all information we needed. Great. Many people have asked me about my experience of moving from the US to Belgium. So I have written few comments that might be useful for others. First of all the moving company Prisma Cargo Solution was absolutely great. They made it as easy a possible to me and my family. Supporting, helping us all the way to the end. The were very understanding, caring and patient.

Moving to a new country is very stressful and nobody should underestimate it. It represents a whole new phase in life, a new beginning, a new language and culture. Making a fresh start was very changelling for u. This is why I recommend to plan in advance, talk to your wife and kids, listen carefully what they say and if they agree with the changes. I lived in Thailand all my life, then I married an American man, moved to the US, brought all my stuff with me. I have so many carved screens, wooden statues, hanging chandeliers, colored pagodas, heads of Buddhas. Recentlyn my husband died. Me and my kids decided to go back to Bangkok. Prisma movers took care of the packing in the most professional way. Every single object was packed carefully, they built crates for all my Buddhas. I had 335 small boxes and many more pieces of furniture. Everything was shipped in a container, on time,and with no damages. This was extremely important to us. It is our life. Very good relocation services. I was very pleased to receive my stuff in France, only my wife's mirror was broken, we packed it ourself, the sales person told me to do a crate, but we did not want to pay for it, I tried anyway to get some money back, called customer service, the lady sent me the infos, the insurance has already taken care of it. It looks like Prisma specializes on France, I called 2 of the references they gave me before signing the contract. They were both very happy. It was annoying to pay everything in advance, I did not want to, but other 2 companies I was considering asked me for full payment in advance as well, so I am happy all together, Merci beaucoup, StepRox
