The best moving experience of my life. Edward from Prisma Cargo was incredibly helpful in planning my move. He was communicative, responsive, and patient with my endless list of questions. On moving day, the guys were super friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled at the impossible jigsaw puzzle that is loading a pile of furniture into a rectangular truck and making it all fit beautifully. Most likely an international Move sounds the worst thing in the world, but this company made my life and my love ones easy, they informed me every week until I receive confirmation that my items arrived in India, the day before the delivery they called me from the moving company in India and made sure I confirmed the address where they will deliver my goods. All of my things were handled with care, and furniture was placed in the rooms I wanted it in upon arrival. No chips, dents or scratches on my things or on the walls and door jambs.

I can't say enough good things about Prisma Cargo Solutions .I needed to ship all my Art Pieces to a gallery in France that offered me a great opportunity of becoming public and famous, once Prisma sent me the estimate for the cost of the services including all the packing materials and crates for my Art pieces, I was then impressed by their great organization and incredible professionalism.

They were courteous and very responsive, I was in France at the very next week and 10 days later they confirmed the arrival of the shipment and that everything will be checked by customs and then their agent will be contacting me for the delivery in the Gallery.



They did exactly as they promised and delivered all my art in excellent conditions, I was able to have all my art presented at the gallery and I really thank Prisma for such great attention and service.



I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My move with Prisma Cargo Solutions was truly a positive experience. The guys were extremely helpful, courteous and tireless movers; they were also the most professional crew I could ever ask for. I received confirmation from Prisma Cargo that the container will arrive in a few weeks to Morocco and everything should be completed by their agent over there. Once the company contacted me to let me know that the container arrived, I was preparing everything for the arrival of my goods, the movers contacted me to let me know that they were on hour away of the delivery location.



All my goods arrived in perfect condition and everything was put in place as agreed.

Everything about Prisma Cargo Solutions was easy and painless. I spoke with them on the phone and received a no hassle quote. And once a moving date was set, I immediately received an email confirmation.



On moving day I assumed that I could take my time packing the last bits around the office, but let me tell you these movers are quick! So quick that before I knew it, our truck was fully loaded. All of the workers were super polite and they worked seamlessly together. They took great care with our furniture, and the fact that they disassembled and reassembled every piece was the icing on the cake.



We moved our office from New York to England, which included four rooms of furniture and many file boxes as well. They scaled the stairs with huge desks and antique chairs without hesitation. I highly recommend them as your next movers.

I just recently moved with Prisma Cargo Solutions and nonetheless they are amazing, such a great moving company. I had to move from California to England. They moved my stuff smoothly and with much care as if those items were their own. From the moment I contacted this company I knew it was worth it, their customer service was always A1, they asked me all the pertinent questions and answered all of mines. The crew was unbelievable; they carried all my heavy furniture and did not make one gouge on it nor dropped any of them. I was lucky to find a moving company like this.

After the pickup they arranged my shipment to arrive in 5 weeks over to the next destination to be transported to my new house in England.



They told me that my belongings were on the sea and about to get to Portsmouth, as I was in London I rapidly made sure that my wife had everything prepared for the arrival of the goods. Few days later they contacted me from a moving company in Portsmouth and requested to confirm the address before the departure.



Everything arrived perfect and nice, now I’m back in Cali to pick the kids up and fly back to England.

I moved from New York o Burkina Faso, as this country is well known for hostility and current economic, political and social situation , but with all these issues, i did not put to much attention to that as I work for the UN. They booked me with a company located in NY, their name was Prisma Cargo Solutions, the company is a recognized international mover.

I arranged everything with them weeks before my departure, the company was able to organize and crate every piece of furniture for me, after weeks the company called me and advised me to contact the customs in Burkina Faso as they were just receiving the shipment. I contacted them and did all the paperwork.

Few days later my items were released from customs and the company contacted me to let me know that my goods will be delivered that same day in the afternoon. I have no words to express how comfortable and happy I was when I received all my furniture and goods, in the manner that they conducted the move was just incredible.

I did many phone calls and sent massive emails to a lot of companies around 2 states as I was living in NY and needed to move all the way to Africa for a project. When I was finally talking to the movers that I actually chose to be my first option, I received an email from a company located in New York, their name was Prisma Cargo Solutions, after two minutes reading the email that was fresh in my inbox, suddenly I received a call from Prisma asking if I received the email. They were courteous and very professional when taking all my information and giving me quotes. As it was just one bedroom apartment and I did not have too many things the estimate was low and perfect for me, I told them to let me know where to sign. After 24 hours my items were picked up in Bronx, New York and delivered to storage unit, the company granted me that my items will arrive to Ivory Cost in 24 to 26 days from pick up. The Company kept their word, I arrived to my new apartment in Ivory Coast two 2 weeks later and was preparing everything for the arrival of my items, plus customs were already informed by Prisma and also the mover that was going to deliver my goods. After 10 days on the 25th day, I got a phone call from Prisma asking if the mover contacted me already and I told them that I was waiting to hear from them during that day, they told me to call the movers and ask for Kungal, the manager and speak to him. I gladly called the movers and spoke to Kungal, he was very polite and confirmed that my items were just released from customs and that he will be delivering my goods in the next 24 hours.



Prisma kept their word, Kungal also did, what else could I say, Just an amazing experience with a reliable mover.

We moved from United states to Canada and we had a bad time with Prisma. The initial quote given was less over the phone. No one from Prisma came and estimated how much would the final cost be. We packed all our stuff and measured each box and made sure that

the total space of all the boxes combined was within the quoted limit. Prisma never showed up for the move also. But only after 3 weeks our things was taken from our house the final quote was given to us after repeated calls. They never bothered to tell us the final quote immediately. To our surprise Prisma charged us way more saying we had more stuff and the boxes are occupying more space which was a lie.

They see for ways to charge poor people and swindle money. The guys were not polite when tried to call them and explain the situation. Please don't believe what they say over the phone. There is no communication between them inside the company at all. The manager also does not hear what you say but goes with what Juan was saying. Two of my friends wanted to go with Prisma, but after seeing the pain I was going through they never went with them.God hears the cry of the poor. What is the use of cheating poor people their money. Let God take care of them for what they did to us.

Joseph Arokiaraj Gasper and Christina Vinola moved 2 times more than agreed to Toronto Canada. We sent a bill, they still owe us money. Joseph is always finding excuses not to pay. He is saying GOD will send us money. At the contrary of his review below Joseph wrote a nice review for Prisma on the day of the move. He said Customer Service, the movers and the overall everybody did an excellent job and that we could share the information with other customers (we can send you their signed documents, please contact me for that). We also have an Excellent Performance Report for the delivery through our agent at destination. Again Joseph wrote down Excellent. So? Best, Tim

Offering us every kind of advise, proceeded to answer our questions about custom regulations, the many docs we had to provide, including housing and college assistance for our kids. I highly recommend Prisma . I used them for my move last month to France and they were:



1) On time. They gave me a half hour window and at 8:45 am they were right on time, 15 minutes before waiting for me.

2) Careful with my stuff. not a single thing was broken or scratched. They packed all my grandmother porcelain collection with the outmost care.

3) the price for the service was reasonable, for including everything - what they tell you that you will pay is what you will pay. There was no extra charge for wrapping up my sofa, furniture, etc... They will even put down masonite on the floor to protect my wood floors.

4) Informative. George kept me informed, sending me after sailing information, telling me when the stuff would arrive.

5) Nice and professional. The movers were very accommodating and courteous

Accustomed as I am to move internationally with its country cultural variations, I was thrilled to find I could feast on using Prisma Cargo Solutions for my move.



I was pleasantly surprised to find on the day of my move that they had sent me their VIP crew headed my Marcelo, an ordinary man from a moving family background who packed our house with great abilities.



The day of the move I was very relaxed fully trusting the organization. I spent the morning doing my last chores and than waiting with a cup of tea for the movers eating my remaining snacks, alongside roughly cut French fries. I was very tempted to open a bottle of wine to finish it, I could not take it with me any way… I made few parties and gave the remaining alcohol to my neighbors but I still had few bottles.

Then the crew came. I didn't realize when they were done, until Marcelo gave me the report papers to sign. When asked by my colleagues how it went I must confess that I had never seen such a more professional and efficient movers in my life.

Their punctually, their skills in packing are above average. They are the greatest. Prisma blew me away.

Before I moved to South Africa, I asked the help of my friends. I made a list of resources I had available. I told my family and close friends if they knew of any reliable moving company: they suggested Prisma Cargo.

I was not sent by my company, so I did not have their support, this is why it was more important to me than anybody else to find a good company to help me. For this reason I made arrangements in advance so I could find out if I needed extra assistance.

My wife comes from South Africa, so it was easy for her to relocate, but for me…the entire transition was very scary.. I need new friends in order for this to be successful, needed to adapt, find all the new stores, products, college for the kids.

She was going to work and I would stay home, this idea was very difficult.

Most importantly, I had Prisma Cargo organizing my relocation. They were there to give me advice every time a problem would arise.

The internet should not be seen as a replacement for real human contact, and that is why I really appreciated when we met with Prisma employees. They came to our house, made an assessement, gave us a price and stick to it.

Later on they were always helpful to exchange emails and available online all the time. I was always afraid to communicate my fears, but I soon realized that I was not the only one, and that moving is always a stressful experience.

By now we have received all our belongings and we are happy to relax in our new home. All this was possible with the help of Prisma Cargo. I appreciate it a lot. Austin

Hands down the most unprofessional service I have ever received from a moving company (I have moved internationally several times). Paid a deposit and signed a contract to lock in a move out date for my house via a cargo container. 1 week prior to move date they call to ask if they can delay by 1 day, ok, I can accommodate that. Day before my move out, they call again, and try to propose yet another date, this time 1 week later. They then cancel my move and notify me via email, b/c they said they couldn't reach me, this after I had already sent them 2 emails that day providing a detailed packing list, etc. Stay far away from this company, it will only cause undue stress.

We sincerely appreciate your relocation services during our 2- months relocation to Australia, so we guess filling the feedback form and let you know how appreciative we were when we received everything in good condition is the least we can do. Chris

They quote me $2399 for a move from USA to China, and then after a time I call them (of course I chose them on price), only to learn that they upped the price to $4500. OOOOOPS!!1



Well, they are sneaky to behave like this. Amazing bad business tactic.

My husband and I found this great place in Paris. A friend of mine told me to contact Prisma Cargo Solutions they were very polite. They came at our place exactly on time. They wrapped everything for us including fragile items. They are hardworking a well skilled. When they delivered everything to us in Paris, everything was perfect. Not even a scratch. They did well. No extra cost for customs. Hassle free international relocation and great customer service.
