Greatest service! Called Quality today sat morning because my refrigerator stopped working.Quality came out within 2 hours I had my refrigerator up and running again at a very fair price too.I am recommending Quality appliance repair to all my friends and family.

I would recommend Quality E & A service. I called a few more local companies and they more or less diagnosed my stove repair over the phone which told me to purchase another one without even wanting to come look at it. Quality sent over a repair man-Seth-diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and with in few days was back to install and working again. I have already given Seth and Quality's name to my other family members who are homeowners & have rentals like me who have a hard enough time finding someone reliable and reasonable. Glad you they were in the yellow pages.

Having been thoroughly frustrated by Sears for their complete lack of customer service regarding my broken refrigerator I decided to cold call Quality Electronics & Appliance Service. Let me point put that Sears "deemed" the repair emergent because my son was on medication that required refrigeration. yeah, right, the first appt was for over a week away! Within 10 minutes of calling QEAS I was contacted by the repairman, Seth, who said he'd be at my house in 20 minutes. he identified the problem and had my refrigerator working in no time. I should have called them as soon as I realized the fridge was not working. They now have my business going forward!

Buyer beware. If you need warranty service, you are obviously not a revenue source and will wind up at the bottom of the priority list. If you enjoy waiting over a month for your parts to be ordered (not delivered or installed), these are the guys for you. You can't ever get anyone who knows anything on the phone and the story keeps changing. Even the appliance manufacturer service rep was befuddled...

Quality Appliance Repair: Called one day, they came out and fixed my refrigerator ice maker the next day. Had parts on the truck. Quick and painless...fair price too.

WOW!!! Greatest service company ever.I woke up this morning to a warm refrigerator.I called three service companies in my area to get some prices to come out a give me an estimate to fix my frig.The call taker at Quality was very professional.She took my info and said a tech will call me asap.I hung up the phone and sure enough it was the tech.He said he can come out today before 12:00,I said ok.Tech showed up at 10:15 only 1 hour after the call.The tech had the parts with him on the truck and fixed my frig at a very fair price.I will not hesitate to call this company again.It's now 7:45pm and still have not heard back from the other two service companies.
