Quality Elec & Appliance Service

I sent two televisions up here to be repaired one plasma and one LCD. I was told by the woman behind the counter that it would take about 7 to 10 business days to get them both repaired. 3 weeks go by and not even a courtesy phone call in regard to that status of the repair, so after 4 weeks I called and all she could say is that they are waiting for parts.6 weeks go by and still no status update so I called again and once again she says theyare waiting for parts. She also mentioned that even when they get the part in that it would not be installed right away.it's been 8 weeks now and I still don't have my televisions back. This is by far the worst experience ever.

Deserves 'NO STARS' VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER !!! Two of my new appliances under warranty repair. One repair to ice maker in the refrigerator took over 4 weeks for final repair. "Waiting on part" and "not an emergency repair (refrigeration etc). Now waiting for a part for my dishwasher (a pump) (took 5 business days to get) and being told I have to wait an additional 5 days to have it installed??? Annie at Quality told me that it only takes an hour to install, but that is the soonest we can get there. I guess that after waiting 4 weeks for the ice maker to get repaired , this guy will wait for his dishwasher??? When your dishwasher doesn't work at all it's a 'non sensitive' repair.

If you can - choose another service company because Quality Dis-Service doesn't get it.

Quality Appliance Service is honest, quick and affordable. I called at 11:30 and had my washer fixed by 12:45 the same day! I was concerned that I might need a new washer, but Seth spotted the problem in minutes. He fixed it with a simple adjustment and no need for parts. I couldn't have been happier! I have used Quality Appliance in the past and have been very satisfied. No need to call anywhere else.

Quality Appliance had a very quick response time and the time frame they gave to actually show up was right on... I didn't have to wait around my house all day waiting for them. They had to trouble shoot the problem with my refrigerator, which took a couple of visits, but while they were here, they also fixed a small problem with my range - at no extra cost! This brings back memories of days long ago... when repairmen were kind, considerate and honorable! Great job, guys!

I've done business with this company several times now with great results. Fast call backs, excellent response time, great customer service, and appliances that stay FIXED - what a concept!

I had a problem with my oven most recently, and needed it repaired ASAP to prepare for my granddaughter's birthday. I received a call back within half an hour of leaving the message, and was told the tech would be at my home after 1 p.m. the following day (by my request). I arrived home from work at 1:06 p.m. to find the Quality Repair Service van in my driveway and the techs waiting at my door. You just can't beat that, folks!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone, even FAMILY.

BEWARE! As others have stated, if it's warranty work you need, forget this company.

The owner "Heather" is the problem. When service man "Dale" didn't show up, she told me that "I" was lying and that she was removing me from her service call list. Then she hung up. This company is a small time outfit. If you do need service, call A & E repair service @ 1-800-862-9226. This is a national company that all the large stores, ie: Lowes, Home Depot, etc. utilize. If a problem occurrs, you have supervisors and managers to assist you, instead of dealing with a one owner (Heather) company where if she tells you to go to Hell, that's it!

If you bought your appliance from a chain store and need service, they have no problem sending A & E, or any company other than Quality Electronics & Appliance Service of Florida, NY, if you request them to do so. NOTE: The 1 star rating was selected because there is no provision for a no star rating. Good luck if you use this company. (Your going to need it!)

Seth is the Best in Orange County....comes within a few hours of your call!! He is our new Appliance repair company!! We were told we needed a new oven---thanks to Seth, we feel like we were almost ripped off by an appliance company... In these days of economic difficulty, he is the only one to call!!! Seth got here the same day I called in the problem, had a wide variety of parts on the truck, and was able to fix our dryer the same day. No more wearing wet clothes to work!

Quick to respond and schedule an appointment to repair our refrigerator. Our repairman Seth, who is also the owner of the business, diagnosed the problem immediately, had the replacement parts on the truck, and fixed it within minutes. He was in and out within 20 minutes. Very professional and personable. Quality service and customer satisfaction are clearly a high priorities for this business.

Love Quality! They have been here several times already(for different appliances) and always great service. Today, fixed my oven in about a half hour, had the part on the truck. Always courteous and superb service.

Called in for service at 9am and Quality was here at 11am... Ordered parts and was told they would be back Friday... Called Thursday and said parts were in early, did the necessary repairs in under an hour.... The whole process was flawless. Courteous, professional and skilled.... Awesome all around....
