Less than two hours after I called for an appointment, Seth was at my house to fix my fridge. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I will not hesitate to call this company again, and will recommend them to everyone.

I can only say good things about this company. Seth and his men are extremely responsive. After calling for an appointment and getting one the next day, I was very pleased. Seth showed up on time as promised and had my dryer fixed in no time. His rates are reasonable and he is a pleasure to deal with. Our old appliance repairman retired and I am thrilled to have found Quality.

Paul came and did a wonderful job figuring out what was wrong with my fridge and repaired it perfectly. He was very pleasant and explained everything so i could understand and even showed me the prices for parts online. I am very pleased with this company.

I've had to call Quality numerous times because of my Samsung French Door fridge and all of its problems. Seth and his crew have always been able to fix our fridge quickly. This past call for help, Seth was at my door in under an hour and had it fixed just as fast!

I had an excellent experience with Quality Electronics when my washing machine died recently. I called Quality Electronics at 10 in the morning. By 11:00 the same day, a service man was at my house and immediately diagnosed the problem. He gave me a reasonable estimate, had the part in his truck and my washer was up and running within 30 minutes. Really incredible service. He even had a biscuit for my dog!!

Great service on a high end washing machine. Arrived same day and had the part on the truck too. They were on time and billing was what they quoted. Would recommend them to everyone!!!

Ouality has been my go to repair option for years. Once when my appliance repair insurance company came out it took forever for them to find the issue. I regreted not demanding that they use Seth. I will not make that mistake again. Quality Appliance Repair is by far the most reliable people I have found and have been using them for more then 5 years.

Seth came out on time, fixed the problem with the oven quick. Will use him again.

Seth came out shortly after I called early this morning. My gas dryer would turn on but not heat up. He was quick, professional, had the part right in his truck and I now have my dryer back! I would recommend calling quality electronics and appliance services to anyone and I plan on calling back next time an appliance gives me a hard time! Thanks Seth!

GE oven would'nt light. Seth came in evaluated the cause ,had the part on his truck. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Checked the rest of the GE stove and also gave me a discount as he was repairing my neighbors washer when I saw his truck in the driveway. I was all set to buy a new stove and he saved us alot of money plus reasurred us that this was a quality oven and will go the distance. Good Job, Thank you.

I was having problems with my refrigerator after the Hurricane. I contacted QE&AS on 11/14/12 to schedule an appointment, 15 minutes later received a phone call from Seth, the repair man, and scheduled the appointment for the very next day. The refrigerator is all fixed. THANK YOU SETH for saving me money!

Was having a problem with my GE dryer. Called Quality on Wednesday and was told that the Tech would call to schedule an appointment with me. Fifteen minutes later I received a phone call from Tech and scheduled and appointment for Thursday morning at 8:30. Seth was responsive and completely professional- was here within 2 hours of calling him about my broken washing machine this Tuesday. When he found out that it was a broken hose and that it might be a week by the time the company shipped us the parts ,he went ABOVE andBEYOND called around till he found someone who had the part in stock-all the way in Rockland and arranged for it to be delivered and by Saturday morning had the machine up and running. I also appreciated his integrity and sincerity in telling me that we should be removing the vent of our Subzero fridge and cleaning out the coils on a regular basis to avoid a very expensive situation. Highly recommend his service.
