Advocare

Getting through when you need to, and having someone transfer a call correctly is almost imossible! Tried over 40 minutes to get through only to be put on hold and hung up on twice. Waiting for a call back, gave them the telephone number... Advocare called the wrong telephone, didnt get the msg until 3 hours later! Dr's good, but they are understaffed.

My Docter is great but the office can be very rude. We had an incident with our son where we were trying to get an earlier appointment with a GI specialist and needed our office to call. We kept calling to find out the status on what was going on and was told we would be called back a number of times and never were called back. A woman talked extremley rude to us like I was an idiot. I asked to talk to someone else and she would'nt put me through to anyone else. She pretended like she was and we sat in silence for a couple of minutes and then wispered " I am listening" when i mumbled "unbelieveable" because I thought I was alone on the phone...very weird We were very stressed out through out the whole situation with our son and the docters office made it worse. When I talked to a manager she was hardley apologetic. We are changing our docters office now.
