Dr. Gloria Sue Durelli, MD

My son has been a patient there since 2006. He has received excellent care from both Drs. Durelli and Hicks. They are both very thorough and seem to genuinely care about their patients. The office staff is also very helpful and polite.

I finaly got my little girl out of there! actually considering a lawsuit with these people. For months I would call and go in with my little girl and explain to them what she was going through and how much pain she was in at 5 years old....this moron doctor says thats normal for a girl her age! I continue to call and go in to the office only to be brushed off.I would have an after hours emergency with my daughter and the rude after hours people would just tell me the doctor will be in monday. I had to take my daughter to the E.R several times to be treated! The E.R doctors said they can not believe the doctor let it get this far and said how bad my daughter was. she ended up having some kidney issues that could have been caused by this doctors lack of attention to the matter. She is better now that she has been treated by other doctors...good doctors. Also 1 time during this whole matter I had to take my daughter in for Bronchitis...they actually tramatized her and held her down and cut that piece of gum on the top that connects your lip and your gums...that really hurt her! and they said she just had a cold when she did end up having bronchitis. Because of the mental and physical abuse she suffered from that 1 doctor...she is now severly terrified by doctors. The new doctors that have been seeing her said it will take a good long time to reverse the damage that has been done. Even the E.R doctors coul not believe what a disgrace that doctor was...ignoring how ill she was and hurting her.
