People are constantly stating how difficult it is to find a good contractor. 'Good' meaning, responsive, reliable, smart, confident in their work and that they do the work nicely and neatly. This is what it is to hire and work with Phillip Johnson Construction. They are one of the only construction companies I can think of that maintains relationships with their clients years (and decades for that matter) after the dust settles on a job. They return calls and respond to emails. Enough said.



Whether two or ten years post-construction, never again do I have to look for a new contractor to come in and fix shoddy work OR think twice about who I'll call.

All of it is well worth paying a little more for a company that lets me sleep well at night.

In construction, you really do get what you pay for. Through trial and error, I've discovered it is rarely in my best interest to cut corners in the construction done at my home. I want it done the right way, the first time. And I want the peace of mind to know my contractor will answer the phone.
