Is this the case of a bad employee working for a good company or a bad company who hired a good employee? You decide: During a fast four day training, I endured long hot hours of riding in the back of a closed work van with no seating and no air. After the training, I was sent on my own to work as a technician. I was given a company van to drive. To my surprise, I later found out they allowed me to drive this company vehicle without proper inspection stickers, no registration and no insurance. Feeling inadequately trained I did more research, and in doing so, I discovered I wasn't doing my job properly. This company is not a good company to work for, they supply you with faulty equipment, they leave you short handed on jobs. Some customer's are given the minimum treatment at the maximum price. While other's are being serviced for bigger projects and they're given the maximum treatment at minimum price. Due to the malfunction of faulty equipment, I was informed by an employee that I was suspended for two days. Instead of management informing me of this decision, I got fed up with this company and decided to resign from my position as a tech. Being the deceitful company that it is, they decided to charge me for their negligence of their faulty equipment. So be aware customers and future employees!!! This is a horrible company to work for!!

I had beg bug etc come out for a bed bug problem I was having. The gentleman that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable leaving him in my home while my family left. After one treatment my problem is gone. Awesome company to do business with. Thank you guys!!!! I can finally sleep at night. Cathy

This was by far the best experience with an exterminator that I could have had/imagined. Amazing customer service from my initial inquiry through the duration of my appointment which was both efficient and timely! My first inquiry resulted in a call back from Mr. Oro the next morning and he was more than helpful with anything I needed. He was patient and thouroughly explained what the course of action should be as well as the steps to help me out. The prices were amazing and there was no flip flopping. My technician just left and he was friendly as well as professional and definitely experienced in his work! (Thanks Jamil!) I just had to take the time out of my day to give wonderful thanks to this company. I was more than pleased.

Great service. They came out and answered all of our questions and were helpful. They were also not hesistant in explaining the options to us. They never pressured us to get anything beyond our budget. These people work best in this area.

I used another company for bed bugs treatment however, I ended up wasting my money. This companyl is really great. They removed lighting switchplates and piled up our furniture (which the other company never did). They even stripped all bedding and they used dry steam to kill the bugs. They are very professional and expert in their job!

I cant remember where did these pests all came from. But I believe that they multipy horribly in my old suitcase placed at the attic. Three days ago I realized that I felt itchy inside my room and I remembered the attic which is just right above my place. I can feel these tiny little creatures pacing in my room that made me quiver so I end up calling Bed Bugs, Etc. Pest Control. Thank God, they immediately responded to my request and took their time to check on my house. They are totally prepared. I even asked them to check on my sink for cockroaches and termites. They did an incredible job. And take note, the equipment and chemicals they used are super great. You will not be suffocated with the smell.

My mom has been in too much stress lately because of the pest infestation at home. Though she cleans her bedroom daily, she is still itching. I knew it that bedbugs has been in her linen and couches. I called Bed Bugs, Etc. Pest Control in Philadelphia and they are really the best solution. They inspected her entire home, located the bedbug places and treated the infestation.
