My package scanned at 10;30 am on 3/11 at opa locka and is supposed to be in transit for delivery via priority mail due today in coconut creek, coming from trinity 9;30 am 3/09 ,then to tampa 2;30am 3/10,then scanned at opa locka Its now 930 pm and still no more info to be had from anyone. This place needs to be investigated big time.

This place is a complete JOKE !! I had a package sent out (well suppose to be sent out) from this place over a week ago. This place scanned my package the day it came in the facility and never has shipped it out or scanned since. I shipped priority mail and it still has not been delivered. No one will answer my calls or emails. This place needs to be investigated by the BBB or someone higher.

I had a purchase shipped from Ft. Lauderdale FL. It's was scanned in then sent to Opa Locka Fl sort in facility. This package was shipped using Priority Mail and expected delivery date 03/06/2015.

Here is it 03/10/2015 and no package. The tracking states it was last scanned at "OPA LOCKA FLORIDA " Facility. And the USPS has no further information for me.

This is very poor service.

I have spoke to several people with USPS and they all do not know where my package is.

This is not right.

It's been over a week since it has been shipped using ppriority mail. Going from Florida to Maryland all in the United States.

VERY poor service.

The people here at the facility must not be completing their assigned job duties of scanning and sending the package/mail out.

I am an eBay seller and since mid January approx. 800 packages shipped from my office have been delayed and/or not scanned by this facility. Items that should take 3-4 days to ship are taking as much as a month or more. My customers are very frustrated by this, and there is absolutely no excuse. The manager of this plant needs to be fired!

My package arrived here on the 4th of March. It was sent Priority Mail 2- day. It hasn't moved since then. After reading the reviews here and elsewhere, I'm a bit worried it will not show up. People, if your package is lost, file a complaint here:

I was suppose to have a two day delivery on a surface, it got to opa locka quickly and then went two days without being scanned and when I called they said it's not guaranteed it's suggested. But of course as soon as I called I got scanned an hour after and I got it the next day. Also I'm waiting on two more packages and it literally sat in opa locka for 3 days, and I still don't have it went the estimated delivery was the 3/4 and definitely passed that now. Worse post office hub ever. I hate mailing the things through the post office just because I don't want it to go through opa.

If I could get them no stars, I would. I should have been received my package ( it's for my birthday) & have yet to get it. Please close this good for nothing post office down!!!!!

I was supposed to get my package on Feb. 13th 2015 and it is FEb. 27th 2015 and no sign on my door. I called many times and no one answers.

the worst post office.. i have been calling and the phone is just busy.... my package has been there for over two weeks

Have a international registered mail parcel coming from Europe, shipped 3 Feb.

It arrived at the ISC New York with no problem, then it was sent to Kearny, N.J sort facility, there it sat for 2 days. I checked it again and the idiots sent it to Opa Locka , FL facility. Its final destination is Memphis, Tn......why in the world did they send it to Opa Locka ?? No wonder the USPS is bleeding money, talk about inefficient. I wonder how long it will sit in O.L ???

Same situation as person below, eBay package stuck in Opa Locka. Was supposed to be priority 2 day..

Recently ordered something from eBay and the package has been stuck at this post office for nearly a week... Called the so called post office and got put on hold and never got to speak to anyone!! There is no excuse for doing this and I really don't see how they get by with this...

I sent an application for approval ti a community and 15 days later the management company has not received it and I am ready to move in 2 days. It is stock in Opa Locka for the last 2 weeks and it was a local delivery. They DO NOT CARE, that is the problem. Never thought the UPS will be so irresponsible, never!

I sent a time sensitive document from Wyoming to Illinois, and now according to the tracking number it's stuck in Opa Locka Florida? What the hell? Someone in Denver screwed up, and now it's apparently in the abyss.

You can be sure that any package that hits this sort facility will be delayed, lost, or outright stolen.

Rude people, bad customer service. Waited on the phone half an hour after talking to a lady and she never picked up the phone again to give me an answer of where my package is. I am not ordering anything else from Amazon if the package is coming USPS.

My parcel coming from Virginia and destined to Miami, near Miami Zoo zip code 33196 was sorted out wrong at this facility and sent to Hialeah. They have no idea where my parcel is and I have lost a valuable collectable. Talking to them was like talking to aliens from Venus. They have no idea who has a parcel with a tracking number, nor the name of the driver that scanned it last.

Package stuck there since the 17th on a 2 day Priority Mail! Why does this keep happening its 30 minutes away for delivery!
