A little over a year ago I was having an ear ache...I went to see Dr. Munzer...after the examination he asked if I would go and have an MRI...I did...within 24 hours, Dr. Munzer contacted me and told me I had a Brain Tumor...He called Mt. Sinai Hosp in NYC and he arranged for me to see the Head Neurologist...2 weeks later I was operated on...thank goodness it was benign.....THANK YOU DR. MUNZER

Wish we had gone to Dr Munzer sooner. Went in with emergency situation, that wasn’t resolving, He was throughly and calmly explained the procedure, took immediate action, made unpleasant experience relieving knowing properly cared for and on good path recovery with immediate follow up and peace of mind being in good hand!

Dr. Munzer also takes the time to listen to my symptoms & gives excellent advise. He never rushes the appointment & is very specific with his diagnosis & resolution to my issues. It is always a pleasure to visit his office because of both his staff & himself.

There were a lot of people there to see the ENT and Allergy team today. But despite the large turn-out, the waiting room was well organized and made sure everyone would be safe. People were even given the option to wait in their cars. The staff is clearly managing a lot of patients, but they remain so friendly and professional. I'm so grateful for the people at New Windsor.

Dr. Munzer is terrific. Very straight-forward. He keeps the diagnosis direct and simple without ever pandering. I feel lucky to be a patient here.

Dr Munzer pays attention to the details and is diligent in pursuing them to their conclusion. He is relaxed and attentive no matter how busy the schedule of his day is. The staff is professional and attentive, taking the time to be sure appointments, prescription etc, are handled in a timely, accurate matter.

Dr Munzer was thorough, not rushed, and listened critically and analytically to diagnose my symptoms. A true physician.

For several months I had been having problems with fluid in my ear and hearing loss. My primary prescribed antibiotics, then weeks later steroids, then weeks later more steroids. Nothing helped and I could not hear through the ear. Dr. Munzer was recommended by a friend who was a nurse. By now, I was convinced it was a serious permanent problem. He reassured me that this was NOT a serious problem. He put me on antibiotics for an unresolved sinus infection and the follow up hearing test showed I had perfect hearing. I highly recommend Doctor Munzer!

My office visit with Dr Munzer was awesome. He did a complete and thorough exam of my ear, nose and throat and found that I did not have a sinus infection. After performing a thorough exam of my sinuses, he found that I did not have a sinus infection. He asked me what my symptoms were and after explaining to him what they were, he suggested that I take a rapid COVID test. I agreed. He said that he would call me within 10 or so minutes with the results. When I received his phone call, he confirmed that I did test positive for COVID. He explained to me the precautions that I should take with other family members in the household. After we hung up, he called me back within 2 minutes and suggested that I take 81mg of aspirin and vitamin D3 for the next 2 weeks. I was impressed that he called me back and suggested this. Dr. Munzer is on top of his game. I wold recommend him to anyone without question.

Great doctors

Dr. Munzer was fantastic. He had a comfortable demeanor and listened to my daughter’s problem. We have been dealing with an issue for 4 years and have been misdiagnosed by 5 different providers and specialists. Dr. Munzer listened, assessed, and cured my daughter in 2 weeks! My visit started with the audiologist, who is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and makes me comfortable. Dr. Munzer is always efficient, professional, and knowledgeable as well.
