Collision Masters of Lexington

This place had my car for nearly three weeks. They kept saying they would get to it in the next few days. Then they said they had already taken it apart, but it was another employee's project, so they couldn't comment on it. The next week they said they hadn't taken it apart or looked at it at all. They lost my key, and tried to blame it on the tow truck driver and say he still had it. They finally found that they had locked it in the car. After three weeks of repeated lies, they declined the repair. They tried to say I told them that if it was repaired that I would bring it back and not accept it which was another one of their lies. I said that I wanted them to put it back to the same condition that it was before the accident. I told them that the first day they got it, and they said no problem. If that was really the issue, they could have refused it that day and not wasted 3 weeks of my time. This is the only vehicle I have, and they have added another 3 weeks to me being without transportation. I can't imagine their work would be any better than their customer service if they ever bothered to work on your car at all. Don't waste your time. Take your vehicle somewhere else.
