Robert's Precision Machine

My resent personal experience is (owner ) ROBERT NEWSOME is a flat out thief/ lier . October20-2015 I payed $3,000 cash directly to Robert and received a signed and dated receipt with the promise of delivery of my completed motor/engine after 3 weeks.I gave him a deadline of December He shook hands and again promised . Now January 15 th 2016 th I had to visit his shop .I again agreed to give him till January22nd 2016 to have my pre-PAID in advance motor completed or for him to return my full payment of $3,000. Now January 26th 2016 my motor still isn't complete and hasn't been assembled and I was still receiving excuses. I loaded up my agreed parts I dropped off from November 20 2015 to to Jan 2016 and I respectfully asked for full return of my $3,000 I payed him in full on October 20 2015 . Robert said that I didn't pay him and that there's no proof I ever payed him ! So now I'm going through all the legal steps to finally receive my full payment he received on October 20 2015 .
