My Orthodontist - Langhorne

The women that work there are so rude and unprofessional. They have poor attitudes with the patients. They are obnoxious. The office is barely open and it is very difficult to get appointments. The practice has little concern for patients and their dental success.

I had an appointment at 10:00, arrived at 9:45 and have been waiting for over 1.5 hrs for a consult! Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not only that I had to take my daughter out of school and miss work because of their lack of days/hrs. Walking out and finding a new orthodontist.

Do Not use this Orthodontist.



Politicians in Washington work more than these guys do. Only open 2 days a week. The equipment used seems subpar as it keeps failing. And this office is not open to fix the failures.

I believe that your orthodontist is 2 stars because of the rude people who work here and the inconvenient scheduling. To start, the majority of people I know who work at this orthodontist aren't very nice, especially the new orthodontist, Dr.Saffar, who was oddly impatient to my child. The one woman who was also there was being strict and not friendly. To the few workers that always are pretty cool, thank you so much. So, to the people who aren't, I think that if you are going to work with kids you need to have the energy and attitude to do so. Next, the scheduling is extremely horrible. They only let us come three days a week, and when my son had a broken bracket, which was twice, they wouldn't take him until two weeks later. Way to mess up his timing, guys. We have to wait so long for braces already, and when they don't take him, it just adds on time! I really don't like this orthodontist, due Dr.Saffar and another woman I won't name, and the poor scheduling. Thanks for reading
