A & A Dental

My husband and I have had a very unpleasant experience dealing with A&A Dental in Langhorne, PA. Short story is that we received a bill that we don’t believe we should have gotten and we also wanted to discuss an issue that we had with the receptionist. I was all set to go into the office and make a scene, however my husband wanted to deal with the problem in a more mature way. He made several calls to the office asking that the dentist call him back. This dentist never had enough respect for us, the patients, to call my husband back. It’s been months we are still waiting for the phone call back. Human Resources at my husbands office told him to pay $1 towards the bill every month with the hope that they would take notice. I have been up to that office many times with the intention of putting money towards this bill, that we should not have gotten, and they are always CLOSED. I don’t go on off hours, everytime I’ve gone to the office it has been during the day, during the week. We eventually received a letter stating that they will take legal action to receive payment. I went there again today to give them my $1 and once again the office was CLOSED. There were however people in the office, but the door was locked and no one answered. I have reached my breaking point. This dentist is making money through UNETHICAL practices. BE WARNED!!!
