This company is the worst!! They absolutely misled me with the quote! My moving quote started off great, but once they had my items, then they kept coming up with different charges. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this moving company EZ Moving Van Lines. I had to move very quickly and they packed everything. The packing kit is totally worth the price. They bubble wrap everything and pay attention to all the fragile items. Their movers are extremely nice and professional. I was so impressed I will be using them again for my move next month.

Hiring this company was an outstanding choice. Everything was smooth from start to finish and I even got money taken off of my delivery for coming in underweight.

I moved from Oregon to Florida and I was lucky enough to have ez moving van lines call me right away and facilitate my move. I was quoted a little high but I appreciate their honesty in their price, and I'd rather pay for the quality of their work anyway. The movers were very professional and respectful, the delivery felt a little long but I was also moving 3,000 miles so I guess 8 days isn't too bad. I had 1 small damaged box but their claims department reimbursed me almost immediately Their customer service was pretty good as well. I would have given 5 stars if the delivery was a little quicker. All in all I do recommend this company.

Worse moving company. The broke all my things, delivered me things after 38 days of waiting, I am out of furniture and $1800.

I needed a moving company to do a relatively speedy move from Florida to Colorado. After two days of quotes and time lines I somehow ended up with E-Z Moving. They were persistent and offered me a “military discount.” Its seriously humorous typing this out now. During that call where they scheduled my pick-up, they made a list of all the things I had and gave me a quote accordingly, I thought this was easy as I had already packed and boxed all but furniture up. They knew exactly what I had. They gave me my quote and scheduled a time. After that first correspondence, they were impossible to get a hold of, late to both pick-up and delivery, they returned my calls only when it regarded money, their movers were rude and inconsiderate, and I ended up paying double what I was originally quoted. I cried for a few days looking at the condition of my things after delivery and realizing too late that one or two boxes were missing. I got over it and now I’m ok to write this review. I usually don’t write on things like this but I felt as though some things and money was taken from me. This moving company is the worst and I highly recommend you go with someone else. If you were unfortunate to experience something similar, I suggest putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (at least with David & Goliath because E-Z Moving Van Lines isn’t even listed), The American Moving & Storage Association, and The Department of Transportation. Companies like this should not be in business, they should not be able to treat people like money bags and mistreat belongings.

I initially booked with EZ Moving Van Lines and I was happy with the price.
I did have to add a storage unit to my move that my sister needed. I spoke with a gentleman that adjusted and updated my inventory- price did increase-still fair.
They accommodate the time I needed to be out of my apartment and also the time I needed to be at my new house in New York (delivery was a day later than expected but they did advise me that they could not guarantee delivery date)
Overall-I couldn't say how this experience could have gone better.

I moved from California to Alabama. I was relocated for a job and had to move my whole family...an entire house.
I decided to go with this company and it was not a mistake.
Everything was handled fairly. Everyone I spoke with was nice and worked with me. I called in multiple times to change the dates, which they were able to accommodate.
The price I was estimated ended up being my actual price.
The drivers were punctual, most importantly careful and kind.

I was very pleased with the services provided by EZ Moving.
Everyone I spoke to was very professional-knew what they were talking about. I had a lot of items that my mother had handed down to me. I was nervous that would arrive damaged. I did explain to the movers during pick up that they were extremely fragile. They were handled with care and arrived in one piece. I can't express how surprised I was. I recommended this company to some coworkers and would recommend them to anyone else who asks.

A lot of other companies were giving me very low quotes, which made me nervous. EZ Moving Van Lines was a little bit more expensive but I felt it was more accurate.
They have customer service around the clock as well.
Pick up went well, drivers did arrive 40 minutes early.
Deliver-there was 2 additional drivers. Nothing was damaged.

Very good company they helped me move everything in time very organized and very helped I recommend the company anytime you have to move

I had quite an exceptional experience.
From the start, things went smoothly. When I initially booked, my price was a little bit higher than what I was getting from other companies. I was more comfortable going with EZ moving to se things went smoothly. When I initially booked, my price was fair. I had talk to multiple other companies, butI was more comfortable going with EZ Moving Van Lines. I am happy with this decision. I had a pick up window with a preference of Saturday instead of Sunday. I wanted them here in the morning but afternoon at the latest. They showed up in the early afternoon, which I consider fair. The driver is that arrived were very professional and respectful. I have heard many horror stories about drivers being extremely rude. I am grateful I didn't have an experience like this. I need my things in storage for 2 weeks so I could get settled in in Texas.
They were able to accommodate this. I called in to update my delivery address, and my things were delivered in six days.
Overall, I had a great experience. I would recommend EZ Moving Van lines!

Emily was about as honest as one human can get. She told me what was going to happen and what to expect. She stuck by my side the entire way through. Im very happy I had my family moved by the EZ family. I highly recommend EZ Moving VL to any and everyone.

I just used this company for my small apartment move from Minnesota to Pennsylvania. Here's why you avoid these guys and please please hire someone else.1) These are brokers. This means they will hire a moving company of their choosing (aka could be anyone, even if they're terrible) to move all of your stuff. 2) You are not informed of the moving company they hire before your stuff is taken. 3) Basically, almost everything I was told by EZ moving van lines when I booked them was a lie. My stuff arrived almost a month after it was picked up (I was told it would be at most 10 days), and I was also forced to pay almost $500 extra to the actual moving company even though I had less stuff than was in my inventory. Worst of all, all of my stuff was clearly treated terribly during this move. My bookshelf was completely broken in half, a part of my couch was broken, and my nice TV that the movers actually packed themselves now has a lovely crack in it. I'm beyond upset and I've called EZ people twice in the past few days, with little response except sending me to a 3rd party claims site that will clearly take months for anything to resolve. If I had known that they were just going to hire some random crappy moving company that has their own terrible reviews without telling me, I sure as hell would not have gone with them. I have to assume that the "5-star" reviews you can find for EZ moving are mostly fakes. Please use your money elsewhere! FYI, I have NEVER been emotional enough to write a review of anything before. That's how frustrating this has been.

Heed the reviews below and do not book with this company. They will tell you that you will pay based on a weight ticket, but I never got a weight ticket. My belongings were thrown around in the truck and dirty when they arrived. They make customers sign a form that they cannot rate under 3 stars and say anything negative about them online. To anyone trying to be silenced by that gag clause, know that those are now illegal and their claims cannot be substantiated in the court of law.

This is the most unprofessional company with rude and hateful young employees. My story with them is much too long to put in a review, but please choose a reputable company and RUN from this one. It will not end up costing you anymore than this company from hell and you will get the professional service you deserve. I was told the owner would reach out to me and I was told that I would get all of my money back including my refund and neither happened. They are disrespectful all the way from the top to the bottom. Their negligence ended up causing me to have to put my house on the market a week late and wondering if I would make it in time to deliver my 82 year old father his medications.
I have been working with the public for least 30 years, and this company is a total scam with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have come to accept that they lied to me and made $700 treating me as if they were doing me a favor even though I was employing them. I have had a wonderful experience with the professional movers I had to take over the move. Please run fast to the professional movers and leave these hateful people to figure out where they can find their next job.
