Great experience! Everyone I spoke with was very polite and helpful. My pickup and delivery went very smooth and all of my belongings were very well taken care of. Totally worth paying for the professionals to do the packing.

We moved my mom to Florida because the Illinois winters were getting too harsh for her as she gets older. We used Ez Moving van lines, and we are very happy we did. the customer support people were great and laid everything out for us. The movers were on time and very professional in taking care with all of my moms furniture and belongings. We could not be happier with the service and professionalism of this company and all of their employees.

I've heard some real horror stories from people when dealing with moving companies, so when a friend recommended EZ MovingI was apprehensive. Moving my parents from Miami to New York is no small move and my mom had A LOT of stuff (a lot of which are collections of things that she will never use but can't bear to part with.) I was really concerned how things were going to go overall, but guys coming in to pack up everything was going to be an ordeal....NOT AT ALL!
Calling in was a breeze:Joe made sure to ask all the right questions, explained the entire process to me, and properly took my inventory. The price was fair, and he guaranteed professional workers caring for my parents belongings.
When the guys showed up to pack up my parents house, they showed up in Uniform and were ready to work. They knocked out my parents house in about 5 hours!!! the foreman, was very nice to my mom who was probably driving him crazy suggesting how he should pack things. He maintained his professionalism, and he and his helper got everything done safely and efficiently. He made sure to advise us of any additional fees before doing anything. My mom saw how well they were doing that she stopped hovering around them.
I will update this review once my parents items have been delivered, but so far so good!

My mom and I were moving to California for good from Florida after looking for a moving company we found the right one. since we didn't wanted to do it ourself after talking to a couple of companies I came across agility and they were what we were looking for. lexi who was one of their costumer service representative was very nice and helpful. She made my mom and I feel very comfortable in a very stressful moving. My mom doesn't speak English and she was always answering every question we asked when we called. She made my stressful moving more easier just by being there when we had any question. They disassemble and reassemble everything. They took my stuff from my place in Florida to Los Angeles and I could say they treated my stuff with care. Thank you everyone who helped, you guys did a great job.

Even though I heard that this was a good moving company I had doubts...I thought that the move would definitely end up in a disaster. I thought that the workers would be very tired or dehydrated but I was TOTALLY wrong. I cannot explain how these workers managed to handle everything perfectly even in the heat of the Florida sun and we moved at record time. I give them A++ for the nice job they did in this move. Ez Moving van lines moved our house, the equipments and everything in such a speed. Becky was such a sweetheart and she kept me updated with everything!!We have never seen such level of professionalism at display in a moving service and for that we will hire them on and on for our moving services. They are simply the best movers around.

I have a very nice and smooth experience with EZ Moving Van Lines Jay is very nice and helpful. This is my first time moving across states. Jay answered my every stupid question patiently and made wonderful moving suggestions such as where to buy the mattress bags and moving boxes, what we should do on the moving day and how to pack. He also asked carefully about our items, especially the size and the estimate of the weight of each item, and gave us a very reasonable and nearly accurate estimate. The Customer Service of the company is also very good, very responsive! Our overall experience with this company and Jay is very positive and we believe they will make the moving never painful.

So my wife and I were relocating for my job. Last minute, stressful packing and rushing, trying to figure out how we were going to move. Filled out some info online, then I got a call from Michael Robison. What a savior! From start to finish he helped us all the way, Told me our quote was an over estimation based off weight, and we ended up paying less then we were quoted! The movers, customer service, and Michael were all amazing! If I could rate this company 10 stars I would. They were professional, curtious, and took great care of our stuff. Once they delivered it, the movers reassembled everything and literally put everything where we wanted. I tipped them and thanked them so much. We are so grateful, from the bottom of my heart, Thank You Mike!!! So if your moving and need help, I'd say go EZ Moving hands down best decision we've ever made!

This is a broker company and please do not trust them, right from the time frame they give for pickup and for delivery, the delivering truck driver Called up he'll be delivering things Thursday 3-7PM, then said 10-11pm, I kept calling him with no response till 11:30pm, got a text it will another 30mins, called up at 12:30 and said just now done at Fremont CA, kept asking " am I okay or not if it's late" in each and every time he spoke, I kept saying okay, finally driver called back at 1AM to say that his helper is tired and he can't deliver then, he will finish another job and come by Friday 10AM-2PM.

Kids were waiting for their toys in the night, I made them sleep them after 1AM after all they've waiting for their things more 45nights already, leave alone this Delivering truck Driver. This company did not respond to my email, phone for more than 2 weeks and after I sent them an email I'd call 911, I heard from some truck driver and this is how he is getting the things delivered

Ez Moving Van Lines is a power house. I have a HUGE move I needed serviced for the next day due to another moving company screwing me over but these guys saved the day. In less than 18 hours they had a semi-truck out to my house and many workers to load to make sure it got done in time. Of course a move this size was expensive, but I didn't pay a dime over what they quoted me at.

Ez Moving Van Lines are a 5 star company for sure. I have read the horror stories about long distance moves but fortunatly I cannot relate. Every step of the way was organized and professional. Thank guys!

First of all I would like to point out that this company is so hands on its unbelievable. From my first phone call all the way up to delivery they helped keep me calm ( im always a nervous wreck)
Nate gave me an unbeatable price for the amount of things that I was moving, the helpers packed everything with complete care and professionalism, and they loaded and unloaded everything with amazing care. Thank you guys for making this such a pleasant experience.

Ez moving was awesome from start to finish. They have competitive pricing and very caring loaders. They warned me about the snakes in this industry and I am pleased to say that they are a professional moving coordinator. A special thanks to kevin and casey for helping me out so much.

I had to move my significant other and three small children 10 states away. You can imagine how nerve racking this is. My stipulation is the movers that came would let me help them load the truck so I could mark every box and piece of furniture loaded. I know this sounds absolutely strange,but being hands on is the only way I knew how to calm my obsessive compulsions. EZ moving Van Lines told me from the first time I talked to a friendly gentleman, that I would be paying for my move based off of the weight. This left me with many questions, naturally. Most importantly, how will I know that the weight that they tell me is accurate and just my furniture. I was able to watch them load my things on an furniture-less truck and they also let me follow them to watch it be weighed with my things on it. They worked with me and my trust issues and for that, I give them an A+. While I was helping them take all of the furniture out of my house, I damaged my door. In the long run, I should have let the professionals do it. There was not a single thing that was broken in the process of picking my furniture up.
They arrived in Rhode Island eight days after picking my things up. They made me aware from the beginning that it could take anywhere from four to ten days. I appreciate the honesty given. I was able to take my time driving my family.
Delivery I was much less nervous. They did a phenomenal job. The work ethic the movers had was incredible to me. I set the bar way to low, expectation wise. I wanted to let everyone know my experience with this company. I would use them again, although, I do not see myself moving for over another decade.

Most Horrible experience ever. First was scamed on pick up. Price went up almost 30% as soon as stuff was loaded to truck. Was promised a 4-5 day delivery on pick up , and really after only eight days got call from driver, saying he is only 100 miles away. Something hold him on the road, so he will be at 8 AM by me. Nothing happened. I had to call them only for them to tell me- I will let you know later. Again. I had to call them. Suppose to be there between 9am and 12pm next day. . 4 days later, still no delivery. Have been calling ALL DAY TODAY to get delivery update, spoke to them eleven times. Got nothing. And just now, after 13 days I was told, they tried to contact me yesterday and I missed delivery. Now truck left state with my belongings and should be back only in 4 to 5 days. I was warned against using them and it has all come true. Absolutely no customer service. I've left messages every day for last five days. I constantly get voicemail until I pressed for sales. Guy answered and tried telling him my issues and got hung up on. Please do not used these guys. They haven't a clue how to run a company not what they are doing. I have contacted police department because all of personal belongings are now in their possession and I can't get a return call. Pass the word to others. They have to be negatively affected by their lack of customer service. I'm not one to sue, but this takes the cake and is way beyond acceptable.

Disreputable, amoral and unscrupulous! All they do is lie consistently. I am still waiting on delivery of my items, I keep getting stupid excuses on why it has not yet been delivered. Do not use this company , they are all disgusting scam artists
