Merchant's Tire & Auto Centers

I went in for my brakes to be checked and while there I asked if someone could check the fuses to see why my lighter/charger port was not working. After waiting 3 hours I was told that my brake fluid needed to be flushed and that it was not the fuse that was causing my charger port not to work. I agreed to have the brake fluid flushed ($90) and waited another 30 mins. When my car was finally ready I noticed that my radio was no longer working. I brought it to the staffs attention and told them my radio was working fine when I arrived they all but directly told me that I was a liar. They said that I must have some type of electrical issue and to come back the next day when the electrician would be onsite. I went back the next day only to find out that there is no electrician and by it being night I also noticed that my vanity mirror lights were not working either. The manager (George) at that point checked the fuses and told me that my radio fuse was fine I must have an electrical issue. I told him yet again my radio and lights were working before I came in and I got the same response he all but called me a liar to my face. He told me to take my car to Caton radio to have them check it out and if it was something his guys did he would pay for the repair. What he didn't tell me is that Caton radio charges $60 for diagnostic which I would have to pay and depending on the issue he may or may not reimburse my money. So I went to Caton radio and the issue was that I had 2 missing fuses and 2 blown fuses. My radio and lights are now working also my charger port which was what I asked for merchants to check in the first place.
