This is the last place my package was, it's been almost a month since it left this location. Now I'm out $ and have to refund my buyer. My tracking number is 9449009699937188988389. Please find it!

Ordered a package and they lost it

Mailed business cards to a customer on November 21. Reached Allen Park on November 24 and they sent it to Warrendale, PA which they then sent it BACK to Allen Park, MI (received on November 28) and has never LEFT THEIR FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were suppose to send this to Muskegon, MI ONLY 2.5 HOURS AWAY!!!!! It is now December 10. I have called the customer service and have a case number so lets see if anything comes out of this. After reading these reviews I am SURE this happens all the time in this horrible post office.

I am at the AP PO SEVERAL times a week with at least 15 packages each time as I do Ebay. I have NEVER had an issue with the Allen Park location. The cashier's are exceptionally nice and extremely helpful, ESPICALLY JULIE SHE ROCKS!!!!! TO EVERYONE THAT HAS LEFT A NASTY REVIEW NEEDS TO EDUCATE THEMSELVES!! IT IS NOT THE ALLEN PARK OFFICE THAT CREATES THE ISSUES - IT IS THE MAIN DETROIT LOCATION - ALLEN PARK ACCEPTS THEM AND SENDS THEM OFF TO DETROIT TO BE SORTED AND THEN SENT OUT. YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE DETROIT MAIN OFFICE NASTY REVIEWS NOT THE ALLEN PARK LOCATION! The Allen Park location has no control of the package once it is sent off to the MAIN DETROIT OFFICE!

Sent a large package via 2 day priority and here we are 5 days later and the package is stuck just 28 miles from its destination in Allen Park MI. It says the package left facility at 8pm on the 12th..... How is it taking 3+ days to go 28 miles?? I have never had this much trouble with a facility before!! What if it's medication, paperwork, or something of high priority!!?? I hate that I have to even vote one star..

I mailed a package from CA to Northern MI., Tracking stopped at Allen Park and the package is now 20 days late! If there is so much theft here why is it not being addressed!!!

My package has been stuck there like 5 days and when I called them they said they can't help me and transfer me to 1800. They opened a case for me but...hell, first time using USPS and it sucks hard. I don't even know if I can get my mail back. Now I guess I have to refund my buyer. Freaking worst post office ever

First class package service? Well it was, until it hit your sorry excuse of a sorting facility. You need to seriously get your sh*t together. This is the second package delayed by your facility this month and nobody can ever explain it or have the answers to my problems, not even updated tracking information to know where the hell the package is. If you can't find my package, who do I have to call to find it? Jesus, fire the staff, find some people who know how to do their job and have them do it correctly.

I am still trying to get my packaged delivered! It was scanned in on 7/25 (12 days ago) and then nothing after that. I was told that because I moved (from ALLEN PARK to a different street in ALLEN PARK) that my package is still being re-routed because there is a system they have to go through. But all my other mail has been forwarded for the past 2 wks! Called consumer affairs and they told me there was nothing they could do.

Worst post office EVER! Rude, missing packages, nit picky, horrible staff.

I sent a package to MI 48076, after leaving Allen Park, it was dispatched it to MI 48066 by mistake, then returned to Allen Park and stuck there for more than one week. Seems many people complained similar issues but they never tried to resolve.

They do not scan packages at this sort facility. Why after so long, and so many complaints, have these employees not been investigated? It's time to start annoying USPS about it.

Package departed 2 times from allen park. No updated tracking is available. Delivery was to be about 11 days ago and still counting. I have had good and bad experiences with the sort facility. Usually items I get sent to me are sorted and dispatched within 24 hours and I receive the packages within 24 hours of being dispatched. I have had packages take as long as 3 days to depart from allen park. Currently the package I am waiting on is probably lost or has been stolen since it departed 2 times from there facility. This is so far the worst experience I have had with the post office. (Mainly Allen Park) **MAYBE A CHANCE I WILL STILL GET IT?**

I don't know what they do at this facility, but there is a serious problem. I ship dozens of orders every day. Almost every time there is an unexplained hold-up, it has to do with this sorting facility.

My package has been stuck in limbo for 6 days now and counting. This facility is a nightmare.

Always some kind of hold up with these people. Unfortunately, everything I order HAS to go through them... Departed 4/20... Routed wrong and returned 4/22. Been scanned though them 4 times... Everything always stuck in limbo for days.

Staff is friendly & helpful! Love the 'hometown' feeling from the workers!

This is the 2nd package that has been marked "DEPARTED FROM ALLEN PARK SORT FACILITY" and it has gone missing!!!! (Others have shown up in out of the way States!) First time in Sept. and again this past week. This facility seriously needs to be investigated. And their drivers! Too many thieves in Allen Park from the looks of things. Check for yourself. Tracking number 9405 5096 9993 7439 1805 94. And this time the package was insured. Guess that doesn't even help if it involves Allen Park!Just an update: NOW MY PACKAGE IS IN ILLINOIS! Started in Troy, Mich. and was coming to Pinckney, Mich! SO WHY DID ALLEN PARK SEND MY PACKAGE OUT OF STATE???? This has happened too many times! IDIOTS!!!!

During the decades that I've used the USPS, I can recall only two mixups. One occurred just the other day. I sent a package from my home in San Diego County to another individual in San Diego County (Priority Mail), yet the package went to the sorting facility in Allen Park, MI. Probably just a glitch. I still like the USPS. They're efficient and self-sustaining.

Package went to Allen Park Sort Facility and tracking says the package departed on feb 22. It is now March 4 and no updates to tracking. Glad I found the poor reviews on this facility because maybe there is hope for my package arriving still, just very very late.
