My husband took me to their extensive showroom and I was delighted to be greeted with warmth and guided to the perfect flooring choice for my family. I walked out with a complete understanding of the product, process and total confidence in the project ahead. The demo and install took exactly the amount of time we had planned. The men who came to install made me feel very comfortable having them in my home with small talk and communicating about the job and their progress. They cleaned up after themselves and were joyful while they worked. They were very respectful and asked for my direction on how I wanted the direction of the boards to go through my home, how to frame out the fireplace hearth, how I wanted the transitions to look and how the trim was going to come together. I felt in complete control of how my floors were going to be installed. The quality of work is top notch and their staff and showroom are exceptional. They knew exactly what to do with every part of installing our new beautiful wood floors and I'm so happy we chose them to give us a stress-free experience with an end result that is stunning!
