The manager told me whatever I wanted to hear so he could make a sale. Unfortunately, I really needed a phone and had my heart set on one in particular. He could probably tell how much I wanted it to be the right phone for me. I found out that several important factors that he presented as true were, in fact, not true. I have a defective device and the only reason I would ever set foot in that store again is that Customer Service says I have to get the replacement at the same store where I originally purchased.
