Had an absolutely rude experience with server Anne Marie. No customer should be treated non-stop to such rudeness from start to finish. Very disappointed in the new owners for a lack of expectations and supervision regarding their employees. Obviously, she is running the ship, not them. After many year of patronage, I was embarrassed in front of my friends for recommending the place. Lost a loyal customer and will never go back!

Great Burger, Steak, fish, chicken...really everything is great! Old world charm, with roaring fireplaces and flowing drink, all served up with a charming Brogue.

We have been going to Donovans for years and love the cozy, friendly, family-like atmosphere! The food is fabulous and very affordable! I continue to highly recommend Donovans to friends and acquaintances. We continually bring visitors from out-of-town to partake of a meal and they are always more than satisfied with the whole experience! We have had many parties and celebrations there and will continue to do so! And yes, they do serve the best burgers in NY!
