Crown Plumbing

When we were buying our house the owner hired Crown to take care of some issues that came up during the inspection. I hope they got a good price because the quality and service are definitely lacking.

1). When we tried to set up an appointment to have Crown address some of the problems, they blew off our scheduled appointment TWICE without any notice or any apology.

2). Crown claims the GFCI outlets they installed are working properly, but we can't check because the test switches don't work.

3). They did stop the leak on the house's main water line, but unfortunately now the valve doesn't actually turn off the water to the house anymore. It reduces the flow by 80 or 90%, but that's not too helpful when you need to do some plumbing work.



I should add that there was a clogged drain and a few other minor issues that Crown did successfully fix.
