Woodbury Foot Care Ctr

Aweful experience. I was a patient of Dr Hershkovitz in Marlton and needed a Friday appointment so I scheduled in Woodbury for 830 am. I was 5 minutes late and immediately walked into a combative office employee name Dara. She informed me I was 10 minutes late and Doctor could not see me as he had 4 patients scheduled and was due in surgery at 1030 and I needed to complete forms so I could not be seen. The waiting area was empty and instead of being helpful and caring I was treated rudely. I worked in the medical field specifically office practice for over 20 years and always focused on patient experience not convenience of the staff. Dara didn't bother to see if I had a complicated medical history and alliow me to fill out the forms after the appointment. The competition with medical providers is pretty tough out there I suggest you take a course in professionalism otherwise your practice will not be around for long.
