Venture Photography

As parents of 3 small kids, ages 5,4 & 2, I love having family pictures but have never really enjoyed taking the pictures. The kids never sit still, too hot, no one's looking at the camera, etc. Taking pictures at Venture Photography was the first FUN experience I've ever had taking family photos. The hour flew by and we kind of wanted to stay for more. To top it off, these are probably the best photos we've ever had of our kids and family together. Not cheap but totally worth it. Especially considering the kids are only little for a short period of time. We will definitely return!

I paid $50 for the photo shoot and free 8x10 from an event at the science center. We were done within one hour. Michael was a great photographer and had my kids laughing and having fun! The photos came back looking great! It was very expensive to purchase the framed photos but worth the money. I would do it again in a few years!

At first I was a little skeptical of this session. What turned out to be a quick session because my son was fussy, the next session was great, Kam and Mike did an absolutely wonderful job with keeping things upbeat for my son to get a good session. The pictures that we saw are amazing, I didn't think that they would be as good as it is, I was wrong! There is no one favorite, my wife loved them all. Me and my wife are very happy with how things turned out and will be back for more session's in the future. Thank you Venture for the ever lasting memory you have given me and my wife, thank you again!

I enjoyed the experience and appreciate the level of professionalism provided. The photos are quality and the customer service is superior. My hesitation is connected to buyers remorse. Though the review process wasn't rushed, I did feel a decision had to be made during the session. As a result, I rushed into a product that won't fit in my home. Now I am fearful I am stuck with a beautiful piece of art that is simply not the right size.

Venture Photography will certainly surprise you with an atypical photo session. The photographers brought out the personality of each of our children (ages 5, 8 and 10) and we really had an enjoyable time at the session. It was almost too short. I am used to taking forever to get just the right shot. We all had fun and no was grumpy by the end of it.



We live a couple of hours away so we were able to do a skpe session to review the images instead of heading to the studio. It was great and we could easily visualize the images in our home since we were sitting right there! As was mentioned, the prices aren't cheap. We went in with the intent of picking a family image and getting our free framed print that we signed up for... but the images were so beautiful we couldn't resist the temptation. We purchased a collage of 9 images and it looks beautiful on our wall. Everything we thought and more. It did take awhile for it to be completed (2+ months) but it was worth it. Glad we had our session and we would recommend Venture Photography to anyone. Just be prepared to spend a good deal of money!!!

My husband and I had been searching for the perfect place that would capture us and our four legged kids. I knew what I liked and many of the places we looked into couldn't offer the expertise nor the quality we were looking for. Our experience from start to finish has been beyond great. Our session was with Cam she called a few days prior to our session to review what story we wanted to tell and give her ideas for the day of the shoot. Cam was very patient, taking pictures with your pets is not easy! You can't tell your dog to pose but not only was she patient with the dogs and us but she capture the most amazing pictures. A week later we met with Pete to view our pictures and I was blown away at how great they all came out, she prepared a slideshow and then we began reviewing each picture individually. Pete was easy to talk to and helped us come up with the perfect frame and layout, needless to say we had to order a few prints to displace throughout our home. Venture Photography not only met our expectations but surpass them. If your looking for professional, experienced, and knowledgeable studio to capture your family you have found the right place =)

Amazing! What an amazing experience we had with Venture Photography!



My husband purchased a sitting fee and 8x10 shot for $50 at a charity event. (Which I was not happy about it the beginning!) However, I called to book the shoot and immediatly was excited. Not only were they okay with us bringing our dog, but our photographer was excited that we were bringing our dog. We were also told to bring some of our sons toys and any items that helped show what made us...us.



We arrived at the studio and immediatly fell in love with the photographer. She was so friendly and didn't mind that the dog slobbered all over her or that our son was running circles around the studio the entire time. She took shot after shot, all awhile long I was thinking...there was just no way any of them would come out.



A week later, as my husband and I were sipping wine, watching the beautiful slide show to music of the reel of photos she had taken, our mouths were on the floor! They were drop dead gorgeous! To be honest, I was not anticipating on buying anything, and instead we walked out buying a huge piece for our living room!



Yes, this place is not cheap, but you pay for what you get today, don't you? And quality, is what you get here!!! I cannot wait to our images arrive!



As my family continues to grow, I know that I will save up and book another session! I already asked if they could send a photographer to the hospital when my next child is born! That's how much I love this place!!!

Outstanding experience and the results were even more so. Will recommend to all I know and continue using them in the future.

If I was to say anything it would be a warning that if you are use to Glamour Shoot service and pricing I would not go to Venture, as they are top notch.

Venture Photography – Fun! Fun! Fun! We had a blast during our last family photo shoot at Venture Photography. Definitely the most unique and rewarding photo shoot we've ever done. The team at Venture Photography continuously emphasized the importance of being comfortable and having fun. They greatly encouraged the inclusion of family pets and/or personal props during the photo shoot. This made our pictures that much more personal.



Dani, our session photographer, called us ahead of time to discuss with us what to expect during the photo shoot and to find out what types of props we would be bringing so she could be properly prepared. Her main focus at our session was on us having fun and being ourselves. This was a welcomed change from the usual “pose” photo shoots we’ve done in the past. We brought plenty of favorite toys for our one-year-old son to play with at the photo studio. He had the time of his life playing with mommy and daddy and flirting with Dani. We had a blast at the studio and Dani captured all those wonderful moments for us.



The fun didn’t end after the photo shoot was over. We were invited back to the studio the next week for a slide show of our photo shoot. This was not the average photo slide show, Dani actually edited and combined the images from our shoot and set them up to music.



Overall a great experience we would highly recommend. Great customer service too! We are excited about picking up our framework and eager to share our digital slide show with family and friends.

There is a reason why Venture calls their pictures "art". What these guys do is truly an art form. They have a way of not only putting our faces on paper but our personalities. Anybody can print a pretty picture but Venture art is everything but…



I am a new user of Venture Photography and I could not be happier. From the phone consultation, to the initial photo session, to the viewing; the experience has been unforgettable.



I am newlywed and these were my first professional family pictures. My family loved the experience, we had a blast. We are a fun martial artist family; we brought props: like belts, uniforms and bean bags. We did front flips and backflips, kicks and punches. In short we were ourselves and our very skilled photographer/artist captured every second of it. The viewing was personal and professional, seeing my family like that brought tears to my eyes (literally)



I am truly grateful for the experience.
