Bison Optical Disc

Received the box yesterday with our printed CDs and liners. Spent the evening popping them into the jewel cases we had. These are outstanding! We are absolutely thrilled. Our CDs look professional and sound great. We have a product now that we can be proud of. We figured up that going with Bison cost us only 3 cents per CD more than doing it ourselves, and for that 3 cents we got outstanding quality and a polished professional look that is beyond compare. We will be contacting you again when our next music CD is ready, and will make sure all our musician friends hear about Bison. Well done!

Be careful Bison! They seem to need money desperate, and they will sacrify customer satisfaction and relationship for a few dollars!!! So be careful when giving them you credit card number. They will charged in a blink of an eye. Then they give you problem when trying to get your money refunded back!!!! Last January, I called Bison on a Thursday morning to see if they could do a fast 50 CD duplication job - I needed them for Saturday. They said they could do it but they needed the master CD no later than Thursday evening. I was not able to take the master to them so I decided not to continue with the order. However Bison had already charged my Credit Card. I contacted them a month later to try to get this fixed, and they said they have to take it with accounting. They also told me they have a strict no cancellation policy once the production has been started. Its been almost two month and I have not yet gotten a refund or been contacted by accounting!
