Provided by DexKnowsI had the most drawn out and expensive experience with Al. He and his staff are the most time consuming people to deal with. His staff/secretary are very rude to you whether you are a client, or someone seeking information from them. You will be charged $100 for a five minute phone call (including hold time) and you will be, at best, contacted with an answer at least a week later. If you have any desire to resolve your legal dispustes quickly and in entirely then I strongly advise that you seek other legal counsel. I was a client of Al's for one legal matter that took almost two years and cost me over 80k. Please for your sake, do some quick homework/searching, and find someone else. I promise you that this is in your best interest. I have moved on to another attorney in the Winter Park area whose staff is much more appreciative, and polite, and the attorney is much more quick in his actions to take care of your needs.

Provided by DexKnowsI am in the process of home closing and this was chance for four days later because supposily after the bank give to me the amount to be paid to the title co the need to hold to be check for the seller, title co, and the realtor. I am surprise they sent to me by e.mail this info. and the person involved no see or approve this first. I had paid 3,000 of scrow account and they requested 5,000 more in the mean time the house items are fixed. They have to return the 3,000 also? Can they stop the process at this point.I suppect on of the bank person is intesested in my house business.Please let me know.

Provided by DexKnowsYou will not get past the front door with this firm. The receptionist is rude and yells, and frankly, sounds like she's on the verge of a nervous breakdown. When I told her I needed immediate help, she said they could not help you within that time frame. I was about to ask for future representation when she hung up. I was still wanting to make a future appointment, so I called back and asked her why she cut me off. She yelled again and hung up. I called again and asked her please to not cut me off as I wanted to discuss representation, but she yelled again and asked me not to call back. I did call back but got the message and I left a message telling Mr. Cheneler that I would be reporting his firm to the Better Business Bureau and complaining to the American Bar Association. I am well able to pay for good representation but they lost my business. What rude, unprofessional people!
