I recently bought a car from joe it was a 2005 Jeep Liberty sport and the first day I took the car home the check engine light came on so I brought the car back and he said we will flash the dash,so 3 days later it came back on again and I took the car back this time he fixed it(bad o2 sensor)and I took the car back home I realized after I got home the car started having problems so I took it to Jeep to get the car inspected and it turns out the car has timing leak ,Misfires in 2 of the cylinders and a bad transmission cooler line I took the car back to joe and he said it’s not his problem take it to our mechanic so I took it to his mechanic and the car was covered under this “warranty” he made me purchased that does completely nothing but the mechanic had the car sit on his lot for a week and a half and nothing was fixed.the car keys were returned to me and nothing was done.ive been trying to get in touch with the warranty company but nobody is returning my calls this guy is selling bad cars and bad warranty STAY AWAY

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter's first car. I found out it had 3 open recalls and had 2 accidents. They failed to disclose either. When i asked about it, they blamed me saying i should got report. Their responsibility to show cars mechanical history. By failing do so, they miss represented the value of the car, which is auto fraud. They obviously only care about getting paid. So i filed in civil court, filed a complaint with consumer affairs and the Federal Trade Commission. They even submitted car history dated July 11, 2016. Purchase was March. What a fraud and scam artist. Guess they rather sell, get paid instead of selling safe vehicles. Due your due diligence before you buy from this dealer, they wont.

this is the 4th car we purchased from Broadway Auto Sales ,they are a pleasure to do business with, the cars are always clean and they even gave us a auto check report. if you need a car GO SEE THEM

Have been searching for almost a year for the right used SUV to use as 2nd vehicle. Drove by Broadway Auto Sales many times as I live/work near it. Saw a truck I liked, checked it out online and dropped Joe the sales manager an email over 4th of July weekend. He got back to me that day! I stopped in on the Monday afterward and Jose(another sales manager) met me. He could not have been friendlier to my wife and I. He was very thorough in showing me the car and very concerned about my satisfaction. Joe gave me an awesome price on a really nice SUV that would've cost nearly double somewhere else. He also did everything he said he would: gave me a guarantee; took care of my registration, plates, inspection, insurance contacts. He even put me on to a great local mechanic should any problems arise.

This place is not a drive by...Stop in and check them out if you're in the market.

Beware of this establishment. I purchased a car in February. When I purchased the car the tank was on E. Once I filled it up the car smelled of strong gas all day long. I called the owner Joe and he blamed it on the gas cap not being tight. Come to find out the gas tank had a hole in it. The car was fixed, and then the check engine light came on after 3 days of having the car. Again Joe was called, and blamed it on the mechanic not turning it off. Second lie, because the car needed a fuel injector (per Auto Zone). Joe's mechanic had my car for a week to get it fixed. The same day I got the car back the check engine light came on again. Took it to Auto Zone and got it checked and again it stated fuel injector, which means it was not fixed. He took my car again to the mechanic for another week, mind you since I purchased it I have driven my car for maybe 5 days total. After another week I was told the car needs a computer box. Another week passed and I was told that the car was not repairable. I was not given my money back but another car. After a week of having that car the head gasket went. Joe told me it was my problem, and refuses to refund my money. This place is a scam, he pretends to be nice, but he really isn't. Not only he is selling BS cars, but BS warranties. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Buyer Beware!



Bought used Saturn from owner (8/20/12) who said vehicle was in Excellent condition. When I bought a carfax, I found that the vehicle had been in an accident. Owner stated he was GIVING us a 3 month warranty, which is BS. He is required to provide the warranty according to the State of NJ. Within 2 days of purchase (8/22/12), check engine light came on and a tire blew out. I called to use the warranty for the check engine light and was told by warranty company that warranty was not in effect yet as they did not receive paperwork from dealer. Called dealer and he said it was my problem and that I had to deal w/warranty company. Then, warranty company sent me a letter denying coverage since when Icalled to use the warranty, I had reported a problem w/the vehicle. (8/27/12) Owner called to say that he'd fix problems w/car. Been trying to reach him for 2 days, and he will not answer phone or emails!!
