Called to have this place pick up my mower that had a transmission problem. They picked it up on a Tuesday. I heard nothing from them for days so I called on Friday. I was told it was the drivebelt and it had been ordered and it was possibly going to be delivered that day. I would be called with an update of when it would be dropped off.



Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday. No call or update. I call Wednesday afternoon and get a voicemail that they are actually closed and have been the past Monday through the following Tuesday. Over a full week of the entire business closed.



I wait until the following Tuesday, which is day 1 of the 3rd week they've had my tractor. I asked for an update and am told the drivebelt should be in that day or the next day. I asked why I wasn't called before they closed for over a week, and that because of this I had to have a service come out and cut my lawn and pay for that. She said "I never told you you'd get it back that Friday, and as far as us being closed, we don't have to air our personal business to customors." I said "Your personal business? Being closed for over a week without information customers whose tractors you have posession of is absolutely my business. I looked on your website and your facebook page for some type of information about the closure and couldn't find anything." She responds unprofessionally "That's facebook. It's stupid. We don't even update it." I responded "As a company you made the page... if it's stupid why?" She responds "If it OFFENDS you we'll take it down. How about that?" I then told her to return my tractor immediately. She said "You'll get it back Thursday." I said "Why not today or tomorrow?" She said "Thursday" and hung up on me.



Don't use this place. Horrible.
