Upon check in we were given a room that had not been cleaned at all, in fact it was trashed. The second room we were given had been turned over by housekeeping but smelled bad, and hadn't been cleaned well. TV had no guide, minimal channels, and was fuzzy. No fridge. Low quality small towels, barely any toiletries. Hole in wall covered by piece of wood with exposed screws was a safety issue for small children. No closet. We were not given a key until the next day, and had to make several requests to obtain one. Thus, we couldn't leave the room the first night because we had no key. The hotel staff was very rude. We requested to speak to management, but got nothing but attitude. We were charged full price despite being told management would contact us and likely adjust our bill due to having such a negative experience. $260 + cost for inedible breakfast we were not allowed to eat/bring to room. Mediocre waterpark at additional $40 cost with inconvenient hours ...where a child pooped in the pool and clean up was questionable... so we left. Overall waste of $300+
