        Overall

        According to the Dept of Transportation (DOT) Direct Connect Auto Transport is NOT AUTHORIZED (as of 12/1/2016) to do business by the DOT. Go to safer.fmcsa.dot.gov. In the middle column click "company snapshot" and use their DOT#1061941 or their MC#442470, you will see that they have a "OPERATING STATUS-NOT AUTHORIZED" Click on "Operating Status" and you will read "carrier does not have any operating authority and is not authorized to operate". Now I know why when they shipped my car and delivered it with significant damage on the front end they refused to fix it, pay for it or even provide their insurance info. BUYERS BEWARE SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE

        This place is great they actually have trucks rather then all of these auto transport brokers and the price was better and so was the service.
