Eyebrow Image

I just had the worst experience ever here. First I come and there's a customer waiting 40 minutes for her appointment and one of the employees told her, "if I didn't call her to tell her that her appointment was here, she would have never came. Because she forgot." Wow, what a great team.



Then I have my eyebrows done by the only male that is working there (that I've seen) and he made one of my eyebrows arched and the other was round. So I went back in and he asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" I didn't know I had to tell the dude how to do his job. So I just told him to fix it. So he starts going at my face without allowing me to pull my eyelid and CUTS me across the lid. He doesn't apologize or say anything. I just left. Didn't want him touching my face ever again.



I will NOT come back and I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants their eyebrows done correctly. The staff I have to say is rude, gives attitude when you tell them you're not happy with the end result, and the person who did my eyebrows was blabbering the whole time to his co worker not paying close attention. Maybe that's why he messed up my face.
