        Purchased a few Ovens and a couple Refrigerators. All still working great. It's been 8 years of business with the family and will be getting some more soon. Need another Fridge.

        DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are crooks who sell lemon appliances. I bought a $1,500 refrigerator that died within 3 years and they could care less, told me "what do you want me to do about it."

        I have been a customer of Shinco since Karl was selling appliances for Sears out of his garage! Maybe 18 years now. I have been through many different appliances and been EXTREMELY happy with each one. Never dissappointed! Often times I have bought appliances sight unseen and never been steered wrong. Every person I know of in the market for appliances, I send to Karl. He always takes care of them. Service after the sale: Also outstanding! They have very professional service people that have come to both my places of employment and my home. Always accomodating my schedule and always getting the job done. If you need something, Shinco is the best deal in town!!!!!!!

        Awful Customer Service

        This company was supposed to fix my fridge under warranty. The warranty company told me that they would be out in about two weeks. I waited all day and they didn't show up. When I called, they said they hadn't gotten the paperwork. They were extremely rude. I told them civilly that a company should call if they can't make an appointment. They told me that I was no longer 'allowed' to be their customer. I filed a complaint with my warranty company and a real company came out a week later and fixed the fridge. I really don't know how these people stay in business if they won't even do their job.
