        Overall

        Visited first time today - open when I arrived (9.30am) - repaired my favorite Italian leather shoes in 1 1/2 hours for $46. I was a very happy customer!

        I also would give Zero stars if allowed. The younger 'Toby' has taken over and is arogant and rude. He acted as if he was doing you a favor by just speaking with you. His father 'Toby' would be ashamed to see how he treats customers.
