Avoid if you actually want the job done in a timely manner. Their prices are no better than a reputable company, plus you will be lucky if they show up for 3 hours every few weeks. Many excuses and issues as to why a simple one week job takes months and months on end.
Not very professional in my honest opinion and would never recommend them to anyone for any job, no matter the size.
We are now in the process of filing a legal case and BBB complaint against them, as my elderly father made the mistake of paying them up front, after being told by William, that they needed money for materials.
Beware....this company uses other names and numbers online. North Country Builders, North Country Roofing, & Coyote Builders. William Gray (or Grey) is the shitbird crook.

Follow-up: We won the case in court last month, no repayments still. One last demand for retribution and then we will have to take the steps to have enforcement seize personal property, residential property liens filed, bank accounts frozen, report him to NY Business enforcement as required for noncompliance to the court's ruling...... As it is very unlikely he will do the right thing otherwise. Updates will follow.
