At St. Anthony's I've had surgery, had to go to the Emergency Department, and had Outpatient blood work. I have no complaints about the hospital's services. The only thing the hospital needs is some sprucing up. From what I've seen of it, they need more cheerful colors other than brown.

HORRIBLE!!! Took our 3yo in to the ER because she injured her left arm. We all though she may have dislocated her elbow. Xrays were taken of her elbow & wrist and we were told there were no visible injuries and follow up with pedi ortho in the AM (Dr Barbara Sigrest). Turns out the ortho they recommended (Dr Juliano) doesn't see children her age and also wasn't available. We returned home to NJ the next and put a call into our pediatrician who was able to see us the following morning. We went in and he determined within minutes that it was a dislocated wrist and he popped it back in place and my child was back to herself in no time. They left my child in pain and misdiagnosed her condition, should be ashamed of themselves. I will never recommend them or go back again.

I would't even give this pathe...

DON'T GO!!

I would't even give this pathetic excuse for a hospital one star but you have to at least put one. I went to the emergency room when I was 5 months pregnant because I passed out. They were beyond awful. The nurses told me they couldn't find a heart beat of the baby and didn't think it was still alive, turned out that the nurse wasn't using the machine correctly. They tested me for every drug and decease in the book because no one bother to look up my medical history, so now I've been charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for no reason. No doctor ever actually saw me or spoke to me and no one ever told me what happened to me or why I passed out. I later found out through my OB that records got mixed up and tests had inaccurate results in my file. This is a big problem because the hospital and my OB were holding serious allegations against me (that I had been EXTREMELY intoxicated during my visit) which wasn't true because I don't drink at all. Nobody cared to help me fix this mistake in my file and the doctors just got angry at me because I kept calling trying to figure it out. St. Anthony's is nothing but a nightmare. They are extremely unprofessional and are a disgrace to hospitals around

Can't complain

If you have ever seen the movie Doc Hollywood with Michael J. Fox, you know what I'm talking about. I am surprised there are no reviews here. I am a NYCer born and raised. Moved to the country to give the babies a better life without the hussle and bussle of the city. Since I have been here, I have been to St. Anthony Community Hospital many times. Many child emergencies if not someone else. I have not had to complain. I do not think the doctors of Orange County are as good as the ones in New York City, but the ones as St. Anthony get the job done. I have been to other facilities in OC and none of them compare. I am not happy with the treatment I have received from other facilities. At one point they could not even diagnose what I had. They had me thinking I was contagious and going to die. I was depressed. I ended seeing my old pediatrician in the city and it turned out to be nothing. Mind you I am in my 30s.

At St. Anthony Community Hospital... they take you quickly; hardly a wait. Clean, well secured facility. Doctors, nurses, etc. are very nice, polite and very professional. They do a complete examination to determine the best diagonsis. The hospital has the latest in techonlogy. They get a lot of funding from wealthy people to better their faciltiy kind of like New York/Cornell and Montiefiore Hospitals in the city. So far... I cannot complain.
