National Alarm Inc

We have been long-time customers, starting when the company was owned by Interstate. Our alarm system malfunctioned and was reported for a service call in the early morning of December 6. I have called repeatedly asking when it would be serviced. I was advised today that a technician would be in my area next week. As we are paying for a security system, we find it unacceptable to wait a week or longer for service! My calls to the company are not returned (as promised) and I have to keep calling them.

I spoke with Ken about installing an alarm at my business. He quoted me prices over the phone without looking at my shop. I asked if he would look at it first to see what I needed and he agreed to stop by the next day. He never did and would not answer the phone when I called him to find out where he was. Very poor customer service.
