        Overall

        The techs are nice but the owners don’t stand behind what the techs promise. The pool opening doesn’t include basic services that other companies offer in their Toal price. The owners lack basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this company. There are many other reputable companies to choose from. They may be less expensive but they also do less.
