The post office will not answer the phone no matter when you call. They deliver the mail to the wrong address over and over and I am not waiting on a piece of mail that is over a week late that is impacting my business and they say they are backed up because they had to close for a day last week for Hurricane Michael. I storm which did not arrive until 11:00pm and was gone by 4:00am. Lazy people just looking for a day off. Ridiculous. The people they hire are unprofessional and have zero integrity. Receiving mail timely is critical to most lives that matter!

These people are the most incompetent humans I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After COUNTLESS complaints, calls to managers and carriers, they STILL ignore every package pickup request I submit. They seem to have no problem shoving all my mail in the box but heaven forbid someone walk 4 extra feet to knock on my door and pickup the package I need to send. I really wish these people would be re-trained or fired because I'm done getting bad ratings over late delivered because of their laziness.

The ever changing delivery personnel is maddening. The one today decided he would dump dirt out of my pots onto my front stoop. What a great guy!

The worst service I have ever received from a company. I have NEVER received my package on time. If I requested for 2 day shipping, I always prepared for my order to be 2 days late. It's sad that you have to go through hell just to get your mail. They should hire a new team of people including management. If I pay for my order to be at my house on a certain date, IT SHOULD BE !!!

Warner Robins postal service on Russell parkway are the worst post office, they are contantly losing packages and if they're not losing the packages they are delivering it to the wrong address. When you call to complain this ghetto man name Derek answers the phone and is very rude would not allow me to speak with the post master Don Johnson he talks over you and yells he makes up excuses why the packages are delivered to the wrong address, he tells me that the people who work on Sundays dont like it so they just deliver the packages anywhere, I could not believe he said that and if these lazy mail carrier's dont want to work they need to be fired and the job given to someone who wants to work. Within one month they manage to lose 3 packages and deliver one to the wrong address. Now there is another package that appears to be lost. I wish I could sue that post office with all their lazy incompetent workers. The people need to get together and boycott that post office. I hate that PS.
