Gerald's Air Conditioning and Heating

We have a two-zone AC system and one zone stopped working this week. It's been so hot, we figured that getting a repairer to come out quickly would be impossible. But Gerald's came out 2 hours after we called. He diagnosed the problem and we were lucky. It was a very simple electrical repair. We were up and running in no time. However, while taking care of the AC and getting the power back on, Mr. Gerald noticed another problem with a breaker tripping and not resetting. It turned out that our water heater was shorting. He replaced a bad wire and solved that problem, too. He could have easily told us to get someone else to do it, but he went the extra mile. Bottom line: we get to sleep cool, and we won't suddenly lose hot water unexpectedly. We really appreciate the prompt service.

I called Gerald's desperate for help early on a Thursday morning after our A/C went out the night before. He told me he could come that afternoon. He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He identified the problem and had it fixed within the hour at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Gerald's for any A/C problem and am keeping his contact information handy for any future problems we run into.

I called Gerald's ONE HOUR to late but he was still able to save me hundreds of dollars and give me same day Great Service. We used David Gerald to replace one zone of our HVAC system about a year ago, and we had him do the other zone two weeks ago. In both cases, he responded promptly, did what he promised, and his workers were careful and efficient. What amazed me was that David remembered our system and attic arrangement right off the top of his head when I called to replace the second zone! I have had HVAC contractors in the past try to increase the job in the middle of the work, but Gerald's didn't do that. He kept right to the estimate, and even pointed out that he was running a coupon so we could get that discount. The other thing that was nice was he spent two visits trying to repair our old system before recommending replacement Since we got his name from a neighbor and he's kept her system running for years, we knew he was not just a salesman. Replaced my outdoor unit 5 years ago and passed it off as a unit with a 10 year warranty when in reality it only had a 5 year warranty. He even took the trouble to put a "10 year warranty" sticker on it. Of course he charged for a more expensive unit and as luck would have it the compressor broke just past the 5 year mark. Mr. Gerald returned my call for service within a short period. He set up a time to come out and check out my A/C. He arrived early in the time frame he set. He started work right away. Found the problem in just a few mins. He had the tools and replacement part on his truck so there was no need for a return vist. He installed the part, check the entire unit and buttoned this back up in well under an hour and we were cooling again. I would highly recommend Mr Gerald to anyone needing a unit repaired.
