I went in to have bone spur removed on little toe possible toe next to because that it what I was told by Dr. Steffan with out taking x-ray. Day of Nov. 7 2017 thinking go in at 8 be done by 9 no.Sitting there wonder what was taking so long I was told by Dr that he straightened my toe I said what? I received my bill then found out he had done Hammertoe surgery?? Looked it up never IN MY life would I have done this if I would have know.His Nurse?? told me I had signed the paper and grind at me she filled out form afterwards that is why it has 11:03 on it with total different info as well as the time. Had family Dr. x-ray it to see what was done he cut off the first digit of 3rd toe!! Forged the authorization form and lied in records on what I was told by him. My foot hurts when I walk , laying in bed ALL THE TIME?
