Orthopedic Center Institute

The doc is good and wouldnt mind continue visiting his office. The receptionis, both of them are rude and have no respect for the privacy of their patients medical file. I was in the lobby and the receptionis began reading my file out loud. The lobby was full of other patients. I was trying to move my appointment up to an earlier date and without checking if there was anything available I was told no, that i had to wait. I asked the other girl at the front desk before i went in to my physical therapy if i could see the doc and she didnt hesitate to tell me no. no explaination, just a straight out NO. In the process of finding another office that respects their pateints and their needs.
