I would highly recommend this company. The owner, Ken was great! He did a thorough evaluation of my entire system. His assessment was honest and fair and saved me thousands of dollars! Another company wanted to completely replace my whole system which was totally not necessary at this time. This is a very trustworthy company. Will use this company for all my heating and air conditioning issues!

I highly recommend this company. Nothing but the best service and fair prices on servicing. Technicians are highly knowledgeable and always pleasant and courteous. Vince was my technician today and did an excellent job on winterizing my AC.

Everyone at ICS Heating and Air Conditioning have been amazing. They came out and fixed my unit right away and had everything done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and i highly recommend this company!

My response to Ken C: from owner of ICS Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.



We scheduled an appointment with you on March 13th, 2014, for the cleaning of your flex ducts, and the interior of your furnace. As the invoice states $429.00 regular price, You said that your are a senior, so we discounted the amount to $389.00 and the cleaning of the furnace for $250.00.



I explained the process to you. You agreed to those prices and on that day my crew performed the work. Note: We were hired for the purpose of cleaning. We cleaned your flex ducts and the interior airside of your furnace at that time.



On March 26th, you called to say that there was an air-gap in where dirt was entering your furnace, and you asked us to correct the problem. That same afternoon I came out there myself with my crew. You pointed out your concern, a gap approximately the size of the diameter of a pencil. I asked you in the presence of my crew, “What would you like me to do?” You said, seal the gap and vacuum the return air ducts.



You had told my crew on the first visit March 13th, midway through the job, that you had sued six previous contractors. I would take no chances, I offered to vacuum out the return air and all the supply ducts and would seal the pre-existing gap at no charge. You agreed and we performed as such. Vince, Jeremy and I were all present as you were as well as this work was done.



Upon completion you went into the attic with a flashlight and inspected all of the above mentioned work. As we were all witnesses to. I then called everyone into the kitchen and I asked you tree questions in the presence if my employees as witnesses:



1.) Did you inspect the work?

2.) Are you completely satisfied with the work?

3.) Do you have any concerns that I have Not addressed?
