He received a quality education from the Northwest's most accredited Universities in optometry, Pacific University. Besides providing his patients with the highest quality of optometric care he is dedicated to creating a clinical environment that is fun and forward thinking. Dr. Shelby only uses the latest technology to care for his patients. He believes in providing high quality fashion frames with the latest lenses and lens-coating technology available. This fine sir is also an adjunct professor at Portland Community College.

        Wonderful Place!

        I love visiting this office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

        The Drs take their time and you don't feel rushed at all.

        The exam is very extensive.

        I have every confidence in the help I am given.

        There is also a wonderful array of frame choices, and again you are not made to feel rushed.
