        I received a letter in the mai...

        I received a letter in the mail from state of nj for underpayment of taxes. I have been playing phone tag and sent several emails to rg brenner with no email responses regarding this issue. I only received a call yesterday for the first time. This process to receive call back took one month. My records for these taxes are in storage and they said it would take to weeks to retrieve. This is only after they wanted me to look for the error myself. What is the point of paying the company if they want you to do the work.
