I went because I was new to the area and didn't know better. This place is overpriced for what it is and doesn't look very clean. I had to wait forever to get an appointment. They are not opened on weekends so I had my mother drop off my dog and I picked her up. Also, when I tried calling them to ask a question when my dog was at the shop, no one picked up the phone. The owner appoligized and said they had been so overwhelmed they couldn't answer. Here's an idea, get someone to answer phones!!!!! Be wary of this place.
