Overall

Dealing with The Ultimate Movers was a huge mistake. Moving from NY-GA. The driver, CEO, Ed. And 3 other guys were 5hrs late. Rachel Smith the manager. Was being so rude, they kept upping the pice. They held my stuff hostage. Rachel was making things difficult. On the time of delivery the guy was suppose to show up at 12noon.....did I say I was never told a 3 party was moving my stuff with out me knowing? They tried to make me pay a storage fee because they didn't have a truck. when he finally arrived my boxes, spider lamps were broken, and destroyed. My other stuff were missing. PLEASE DONT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

As bad as it can get. A two bit bunch of liars. They have you sign a contract and farm out your personal belongings to a third party cheap scale outfit. They don't speak English and damaged, stole, and lost approx 10430 dollars worth of house belongings. They lie. You file a claim and they have 120 days to pay claim which will be pennies on the dollar. The third party movers had no tools and no hardware when they disassembled furniture at the house out state. Pa to FL move. Hardware missing broken glass furniture and just put contents inside door. Broke the contract terms of service I paid 1919.00 no refund yet. Stay away. I reported these low life crooks to BBB and USDot /FMCSA for fines on violations of service to me. Unsafe unprofessional outfit. If they don't refund me and I get a worthy claim it's a good chance they will close there doors after investigating mine and other claims. The ultimate movers , office manager is a complete liar and will screw you. This move was a complete disaster by these two moving companies. 4 brothers in Garfield NJ swears they don't even know what I'm talking about. Funny thing I have there phone nos and pictures with company and address right on the trucks. I'm not done with these two companies if I don't get compensated in 25 days by end of 120 day period. This company promised a 5 to 7 day state to state move. My family and I flew down to Alabama and waited, waited and waited. At first with no returned calls, no returned emails. After finally getting them on the phone, they stated they had only one truck, one driver, and were unable to make the trip, because the driver who was also the boss was on holiday. We were later given several other delivery dates with no show, because this time the driver busy picking up items from new customers, but not delivering to his previous customers. This crack pot company, the sociopathic sales rep and lying lazy driver knew my wife and I worked from home and needed our belongings to continue to run our businesses. When we informed the delay was effecting our livelihoods, they threatened to wait until the last day of the 21 days that they can legally hold it before taking it of their storage, and they did. We were forced to give up our new home and return to NYC to no home and put our items in storage. These people are crooks and probably will change their name to continue to rip people off. They already have several addresses.
