K & G Fashion Superstore

I was in the store yesterday. My first visit of many to come. MIESHA, you were" one hundred" with our interactions. I am from out of town, and you took very good care of my brother and I. Thank you.

I was very surprise with the staff they put there (and there were plenty) couldn't bother to see if I needed any assistance as I was trying to get a top off the wall..I was very visable to the front desk, they were not busy..I had clothing to try on and No One approached me to assist me in a dressing room!!!...Once in the dressing room area the lazy woman couldn't even bother asking me if I needed assistance which I did..I had a few outfits and would of love to try one size up or down to see which would be the better fit..But I was in no mood to get redressed and get them..The room attendant was just shooting the breeze with another store employee.. I just got dressed and Left..This was in June of this year..I have no desire to go back!..Its a shame because I love the store..And I had money to spend but took it elsewhere!. Its a shame to have people like that get work when there are so many others out there who'd be greatful to have and do the job!!

The prices are great. Location is awesome. The staff talk trash about the customers like we can't hear them. They do a lot of standing around and chatting. You have to do the approaching to get any service.
