The drivers look like toothless homeless vagrants. Their equipment is in shambles. The driver hooked up my vehiclle with the tow chains contacting sensitive parts of the undercarraige. When I brought it to his attention, he refused to do anything about it and argued with me. The same thing happened again, and this time I had toi tell him to leave the car beacause I was going to call another tow company. Then he drove like a maniac racer, taking corners way too fast for a loaded truck. Then he damaged the front spoiler with the winch cable while unloading. Rude. No idea of the concept of customer satisfaction. I will never use them again.
