Barber Shop Capitol Hill

I was very happy that a nice new shop opened close to my home. My son has gotten haircuts here for months and the barber he usually had was pretty good but he's not there anymore. I am not happy with the current unprofessionalism. Snorting lines in the bathroom and openly making drug calls in between haircuts, taking more than an hour to cut one head, not being considerate of customers' time and patience (when you clearly see a line of people waiting), super UNPROFFESIONAL. It's your shop and I totally understand you do what you want and to each it's own, but at least do your JOB. I go in to the shop expecting to be in and out within 30 minutes-1 hour. I don't expect you to be strung out on coke while cutting my son's hair. This all happened in ONE visit, and just like that you've lost a potential regular client. Your supposed to be a business of service, why not conduct yourselves accordingly so your business could continue to thrive?? I would rather drive across town to respectful, sober professionals who will get the job done efficiently in a timely manner than to go down one block to this shop and wait for hours for a cut. GET IT TOGETHER.
